ARCIL — unnecessary faulty transaction under my name

Hello,
I condemn the act of the arcil company that has caused us mental tension. Apparently, i wanted to take loan for my personal purposes but my cibil showed that they are showing auto loan active on my name because of which i am unable to proceed with my loan application.in addition to this, i never had any connection with this company nor had taken any loan. I want immediate action to be taken against them and removal of that inevident loan under my name which is showing active status.
