I paid all fees of this animation prime course 145000 rs. But i didn't receive any receipts form centre

I am Rohit Aggarwal student of Arena Animation(Connaught Place) My student ID is 822971, I have completed my course of AAIP-VFX in 2016 but I did not got my Diploma Certificate, I have visited many times in Arena but the faculty makes excuses every time.
Please provide my Diploma as soon as possible.

Sir Mai Ek middile Class Family se belong karata hu freelance kar ke course complete kar raha 2 baar se covid ki vajah se class disterb huaa aue 6 sep ko meri sister Expire ho gai to mindly aur Financialy dono se disterb ho gaya
aur sir muskil se 1 project mila to uska kaam khatm kar ke mai aaya kanpur aur course continue karane ke liye to mughase iss tarah ka bartav kia gaya jab Dheeraj sir se baat ki to wo bole ki Head office ka rule hai .Ab aap bataiye sir 82000 rs paid hone ke baad ye iss tarah se baat karenge to ham Student kya kare na to Abhay sir bole Na hi Rohit sir bole ulta mughe drop out kah rahe hai .

32 thousand Some Rs bache hai paid karane ke liye aur ye iss tarah se baat karenge jo ki mai Senior aur Arena Animation Kakadeo ka 1st student hu .

I Joined Arena Animation On 13 May 2021 In Chandigarh. I Was Told The Course Is For 5-6 Months And Included The Software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign As Well As Adobe After Effects. I Have Paid Rs. 26, 472 Till Now And I Have Only Completed Photoshop And Illustrator Till Now. I Have All The Receipts As Well As Screenshots Of The Chats. It's Been 7 Months And The Course Is Not Even Nearly Completed. I Respect The Faculty But They Don't Even Let Me Join The Online Class When I Am Sick Just Because I Live Nearby, Although Other Students Are Allowed To Join. This Is Outrageous And Won't Be Accepted. They Are Not Assigning Me An Online Batch Just Because I Live Nearby. I Tried Calling The Arena Animation Of Chandigarh But No One Picks Up My Calls. I Know The Circumstances May Be Worse Due To COVID But This Is Not The Right Way Of Treating A Student. I Don't Want The Certificate Anymore. I Kindly Request You To Refund My Fees.

I have been a student of arena animation pitampura, New delhi for a year now and my experience there has not been good, the teaching faculty is really good but when it comes to the management it is not good at all.Most of the computers in all the labs have some fault in them and a lot of monitors do not work properly which puts a lot of strain on eyes and i believe that the pitampura branch has taken a lot of new admissions this year but they do not have the space and resources to accommodate them.Everyday i find myself regretting about the fact that i took admission in arena animation and it pains me know that the money my parents are spending for my education is not worth it, so i[censored] want take admission here then do it at your own risk, i would never recommend anyone to join this institution ever in my life...

DEAR SIR,

My relationship with ARENA at Satelite branch has been very bad . The First time I came for admission, I took admission from Aarti madam, and my first demo lecture was taken by Rishi sir. After then I paid my fees first time in Naranpura Branch - 5900 and then it would transfer in satelite branch. After then I paid 29, 550 in satelite branch. Those people have not given me Receipt of my fees till date..

My classes started with Rishi sir and he is a very good teacher and students bonding with sir was very strong. But somehow He suffered from corona for 2 to 3 months meanwhile our classes start with Tejas sir. And after that I had an accident, and I could not come to class. At that time I had talked to Aarti madam & Rishi sir.

But when I started the class, Aarti madam & Rishi sir both got out from Arena. My classes would start with Tejas sir, I told him to teach me when I was not coming but he said that I will not learn it again.

Sir I have paid 36000 full fees in advance but still not responding. And the second thing is that Who is Rinku ? When I called to Arena, she received my call and talked with me rudely. Sir when we take admission in your institute then all told us that if you have missed any class, we will provides extra lectures for you. But when I am in problem, then anybody not responding me. And also Rinku told me that I am owner of Arena at Satelite branch.

When I told her that after the accident now I am ok and I want to join, she told me that I have to pay 2500 rs for Reactivation. Then where goes my paid fees 36000. And still they have not given me the fee receipt.

And my concern is that I have paid these fees for learning 4 software ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP, INDESIGN, & CORELDRAW. but not completely finish any software. So if you consider that 1st software is running then please take fees for 1 software and remaining give me back.

And please tell me who is Rinku ? She really speaks Badly. When I have talked that you send me in mail that I have paid 2500 for Reactivation but still they not answering and not send it on e-mail . After my accident recovery I continuously follow up for my fees receipt and rejoining but they don't give any updates. And tell her not to call me again . I will talk with Only authorized person from the Arena.

And you can confirm this matter with Rishi sir who was my first teacher in Arena.

I'm a student of Arena South ex centre, I joined centre two months back I met ms heena maam and rosy maam for degree course they told the fee for course 400000/- and reg 5000, they asked me to pay 68000 in cash plus 5000 reg I asked them for online payment they said their machine is not working, so my father paid fee in cash as they told today is last date and classes are starting from tomorrow. As they shown the urgency we paid fee but for whole month they didn't conducted my proper class, faculties only take class they don't even bother what student is doing, they say they have best infra but reality is something else. Neither their systems work nor faculties bother for students career, if you visit centre you will find the front office very pleasant but when you talk about classes than 30-40 students sitting Conjustedly in class. They cheat like anything, when asked for owner's no. So they say they are out of India, when you ask for fee receipt they say you will get in next month, which I didn't got yet.

I am Supriyo Mondal I am From Arena Saltlake Kolkata . I am studying there for 3 years and paid every monthly fee on time but Due to the pandamic they kick out students ( me and other of my classmates) just because they are late by a day or two to pay the fee . Which may be have a place in your Rule Book.

But the problem is due to this illogical thing they had done my course got disturbed because day by day I am missing my class just because of Arena Saltlake's Faculty . they are not allowing me to attend the class or after paying the fee they are not providing me the class ...

after the lockdown I went to my institute and ask them that can I get those classes back ? they strictly says that " No, if you need any doubt clearing class then please let me know "

I don't know is this a joke or something but our family who paid three and a half lakhs they have hope in us that someday We will get a job and settle... Please

I did not need any refund or something I just want the complete course Of Autodesk Maya and Nuke ...

I am from Arena CP from photoshop and coreldraw batch of your Aren Animation 01, M-3, 3rd Floor, AVG Bhawan Middle Circle, Nr Rajiv Chowk Metro Station Gate - 4, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001

This email is in regards to the degrading quality of classes day by day Mr. Upendra Kumar Yadav is not interested in teaching students or resolving the queries raised, according to me.
Many times in class I raised questions regarding the softwares and the homework or assignments he is giving to students but he just made an excuse for that .
Even in the Photoshop session he is not able to answer my queries which made me question the knowledge he had about the software .
Not only me, many other students also complained about this not only from my batch but from the other or previous batch too, I don't know how the things are going between you and your staff but I don't think there is any benefit in saying something to your people.

I am really disappointed by the services you are giving and making this official complaint .
I am not getting the worth of my money invested in your Institution. Please look forward to this either arrange well qualified teacher or refund my fee.

I'm studying in arena animation for almost 1 and half year and just 2-3 months left for my course to complete and i started searching job

But the problem is arena asking full payment before applying to any job.
Is that how it works?
I paid my fees every month in the given time
Still they are asking me to pay complete fees before applying the job
I told them to send my resume and showreels and if i get this job i will pay immediately all the fees at once before confirming the job.
My total fees was 1, 70, 000
And i paid 1, 40, 000 without any due payments.
They are not giving opportunities just because of my fees are pending,
I want to know is this right or wrong.

I had joined the AAIP-vfx course in Kochi Arena Animation institute. I have payed the complete fees (2.12L) through the education loan on 12th October, 2019.

I have completed Adobe photoshop and Illustrator of the course, but was not able to continue the rest due to my father's and Mother's health conditions. They're suffering from asthma and my mom is undergoing a heart surgery by next month. Also, the doctors have suggested bed rest to my father. Because of these reasons, i have not been able to join the course back.

As I have already mentioned that I have paid the complete fees (2.12 L) for the course through loan. Because of my father health conditions too much money spent for their treatment. So paying off the loan has become a real difficulty for me.

Would request you to consider my plea and respond as soon as possible.

Many of students are getting cheated by this arena multimedia in different states

Hello, I am a former and bright student of Arena Animation NDSE (New Delhi South Extension branch) and I finished my ADIM+Maya course successfully in 2008. I am changing my job abroad so I need to provide my employer a Bonafide Certificate - URGENTLY.

I contacted with New Delhi South Extension branch on 23/Nov/2020 and they asked me connect with Noida branch. Noida branch wasted in 2 weeks and said go back to Delhi?
I contacted Delhi and they are saying I am a old student and they don't have record.

I don’t have time to go back and forth in this COVID time and I need to fly. I am missing my deadlines and my work. Please support me to resolve this mater ASAP.

Please treat/support your student positively because they are your Brand Ambassador and they influence the future kids. Please bring your A level customer service. Thank you

Sir. I had sent message to the university ate reply they gave to me is that my certificates are with you and mam has to discuss jet with vinod sir or else i must take legal measures. Begore the end of 2017 my certificates must be cleared or else i must take legal measures within one or two week..
I have the complete receipts of the fees that i paid but still i havent received any certificates and further abkut fees according to them i am not paying it from first sem but if i don't get justice i will be forced to take legal measures. So please consider my humble request

I have join class 2019 for multimedia. From that i have only learn photoshop which i have was already taught. Well i was given many faculty

They were not good at all no software completion and everytime new faculty
After that i was told to give exams was told to make things which was never taught

So in 3 year i have only learned 1 software in 60, 000 then they blame me that i have completed my time spam so was not allow to enter the class inspite of being told that there is no time spam i was told that that i am not capable of learning inspite of being bright student

Worst institute i have ever seen. I am wasted my money on travelling and last 1 year and also wasted my 1 year with this institute now i want my money back which i have paid for software which i haven't even learn and wasted money for this but not given
This arena is in malad mumbai and the person who hired me is xyz
When i told thier [censored]ulty that i will complain they said they will prove me wrong and threatened that they have contact so i better not complain

Myself parth sanghvi (Ahmedabad) i have completed course in batch august[protected] years course) from arena animation - c. G. Road branch having roll no:[protected], attached are my details i require my course certificate on urgent basis.

I was in touch with mahua - [protected] c g road branch she said you have to get in touch with customer care service as course is pretty old and they dont have such details right now to issue a certificate.

I am ready to pay certificate charges if any or let me know the process to follow, so i can get the certificate urgently.
