Iam a pass out of 2014 yr of Arena animation Noida sector 18 (course B.SC), It's been more than 2 years and I didn't receive it. The institute head Mrs. Savita is not receiving any students call. At first, she kept telling us that we will get the marksheet, but later on, she stopped responding to my calls. They just wasted my three years of my fee, and more importantly, three years of my career. After spending more than 3 lakhs on the course, I'm still an undergraduate. No one from the institute, or even aptech (Arena's head office) is even trying to help me out.

Dear sir, m nishu started Arena from shivalik with my two friends, from 2yr 6month training with my fee of 2lakh 32 thousand individually(hardly 10-13 classes in month) we come across that the institute was fake as they taken different money from the every student whatever money we paid to them they never give receipt to us on time, my some receipt are remains which they not given. After complaining they always refused and make excuses that their computer are not working 'they are taken big amount from me in comparison to my classmate' In admission time the counselor told me the fees is 2, 32000 while other side my classmates paying 1, 80000 when i asked about the difference for this fee the manager didn't told me about the full benefit of it. i don't want to study in an environment where a student is cheated by the operational staff. As they told me on admission time that the course would take 2yr 6 month, but now after 2yr institute only provide my 1st semester exam as my some software are incomplete and most of them are not even started as my classmate are completed their course time their exams and classes are still pending. I have a witness of others students as institute asking for money only and not give the classes on time. I want my full refund as i paid 1 lakh 80 thousand approx for the course plus other reparation because they made me join on the false premise that the entire course would finish in six months where as it already 2month and a big majority of course is still pending. As they promised in admission time they will helps me to got a job, i called the head and teacher many times for job but the keep things making excuses or sometimes ask for my resume. I still forwarded my resume to them many times but then after they don't reply at all (i have a proof of mail) they also not give the 2 month classes as some issue in institute and teacher was not available, so we also not pay the fee and inform for them, but but still they asking for that month fees and stopped my april month class as i paid for april. Teacher as start behaving badly they do not have a manner to how to talk with student "now past the many days has not given the classes" and they don't care about it. this institute have only mean to their money as my other friends are also with me some of them are who Quit the arena after paying the money because of bad behavior of teacher and having a class issue As am feeling the cheated and want my money back with reparation of 50, 000 as i wasted my precious time and faces the problem in these institute please help me ASAP because i paid a big amount to them.

As I submitted one complain already against Arena Aultimedia, but old complaint is showing "Complain Resolved" status.
But my problem has not been solved yet. Please do let me know, what more I can do.
I have provided them details as much as I could.

They are asking that my payment is due, here is the

I completed my courses in 2012 but till date i fail to receive my degree. Due to this i am also unable to peruse further higher education. Institute manager is just giving fake promises and assurances every time we talk . This also affects my job and without degree i will be only considered as 12th pass, nothing else. Institute fail to understand the seriousness of the matter and still keep playing with the future of other students....

I have joined arena animation in 2012 for the course GWD(Graphic & Web Design). I have deposited my fees in lumshum. But they are asking that my fees is still due. I have paid around 49000 for complete course. They are not giving my certificate.

I have completed my photo shop short term certification course(for a job i had through reference personally) in arena porur 5months back. i have told them before joining that how important that certificate is to me. They said i will get certificate 2 weeks within the completion of course and course duration is 8 weeks period. They also told me to pay in full before the class begins in single payment. I cleared my exams and I have contacted them several times and still i have not received any Certificate.pls dont join in arena and waste your money and time

Dear Sirs, I took admission in print and pblishing course for seven months in Ballygunge Arena Centre kolkatafor which entire course fee have already been paid.After completion of 4months all of a sudden we come to know that this unit would be non functional and will be relocated in Em BYPASS area kolkata and the classes will commence there from 6th december 2015 without giving us any option for transfer two other centres which is nearer to my residence.As for some reasons, the distance from new centre to my residence possess a problem for me, I would request the Authority to consider my case and transfer me to the nearest arena centre from my residence.looking forward to your sympathetic consideration.

Student of Arena Animation July 5, 2015 this course commenced The Manager(Prajwal) did not mention that the fees can be paid in installments...she took almost the full fees in advance. Today i have paid the fulls fees, the need for me to complete the course in a fast pace has come up.So, the extra classes were going on. She comes in between every class inquiring the Faculty who is teaching...disturbing the class saying that other students are there how he can manage. I feel the after the students pay the fees, they forget to respect the students. Administration is horrible. Please look into the matter. Spoiling the name of ARENA Animation.

Taken admission in Ballygunge Arena for seven months short course in July" 15 - after completion of four months all of a sudden we were told that this unit will be non- functional and the premises would be shifted near Em-byepas, kolkata. Now at this juncture I am completely disturbed and distance from my residence & associated problems possess impediment for me to continue. Requesting the Authority to transfer me at my nearest Arena centre so that I can continue.

Subject : Complaint Against Arena Animation Rourkela This institute promised me to complete my course by the schedule time. But it failed to do so. And the course is still running on even though the entire course scheduled time is already over. Also, I have already paid my entire courses completely. Yet they are taking no strict actions to resolve the above issue. Also, the course is scheduled to conduct 4 semester exams; on the basis of which we will get our mark sheet and certificate of successful completion of course. Unfortunately, not a single semester has been conducted till date. Thank You Shubham

A Computer Education Institute in bangalore cheated me very badly by giving fake promises like 100% job guarantee and we will teach entire lessons related to Graphic and web related stuffs and provide me with a part time job during the course period, but now they have left out many things in web development things and now they are telling that all that will not come to your course for that you will have to take some other additional course for that. They had promised to provide a parttime job during the course period but they did not provide any partime job and they are not providing me with a good job now also, I only searched a job in printing press and working now. but after some days they took in writing that they only provided the job for me(by promising that they will provide another good job and they are taking this feedback for formalities) They had given me a fee payment list of 72, 600 and now they are asking to pay 76, 000 and only then they will give the exam and the certificate. So, Friends who are all chested by this institute can join me to teach these guys a lesson Thanks in advance,

hi Fnds am Amalraj from pondicherry Arena Animation[protected] this south region Placement Manager no Name ( UMA ) fnde she didn't attend my call so fnds i need ur help we can Show our STUDENT POWER we are INDIAN CITIZEN share it fnds every student They assure me a placement but they are not getting them self able to complete it.And second thing is my exam mark sheet have been delayed for last 3 year after complete my course.Then when will I get my course certificate? My main complaint is about placement which I need.So please could you get me give some proper way. thanks fnds

Arena malleswaram is waste of money and time please dont join this.no serious training is given in this, all internet tutorials they download and show, after completing the course here, you wont get any job anywhere, after spending Lakhs of rupees fees and 2-3 years of time, we get only 5000 or 6000 rupees sallary in small graphic designing companies, what is the use?No job is guranteed, simply they put banners of job promise. This animation we can learn in home only, using internet- youtube videos. why to join this institute? they also download the same internet videos and show in class.

I have given my full fees and i took admission in 2009 and the course time was of only 2 &half year . Now i have cleared all exam just due to my project they are stopping me even they told me they will help me but its getting 5 yrs and my i have only one singal parent and she paid appx. 3 lack and i dnt have my diploma... Pl help me my roll num is 5329 there plzzz

People please do not join ARENA ANIMATION if seriously you want to make CAREER in these industry. They don't keep their word and teaching is very bad I have worst experience... I cleared my sem 2 but they Declared that I ain't cleared my exam...on other hand faculty keep on changing within couple of months low level teaching. Always take feedback from old students before joining any classes, Institute, school. All The Best.

This complaint for BP petrol pump in Banipark opposite to Crystal Mall. Staff is not good and do cheating with every other car owners who take petrol of INR1000 or more. They engage customer by asking and suggesting n number of things and meanwhile reset meter. The same thing happened to me 2nd time. I asked them to fill petrol of 1000INR when meter was near to 600 one another person came to my car and between me and meter reading so that I can not see that, and ask me to give me money. I gave him money but didn't remove my eyes from meter then he said me that your door is open but it was not and during time 3rd person came and reset the meter and suddenly meter was showing petrol of 1000 rs from 650. I caught them with red hand and asked them what they are doing and to call manager then one of them said something was happened because of electricity glitch. So staff is not reliable on this petrol pump.

The wrong practice of negligence and irresponsible conduct by Arena Multimedia Rajouri Garden about student's career despite regular deposit of fees. Very unfortunate that irresponsible conduct by the Arena Multimedia Rajouri Garden is continuous done by this centre because so many students suffered in this centre with the same problem. This management of Arena Multimedia Rajouri Garden could not provide the proper classes, proper faculty, proper timings and this is the reason many students had suffered and falling down in their careers. So many extra students are always available in the centre and disturb the present students who are attending their regular classes. It is shame that Aptech Ltd. and Arena Animation is losing their creditability as the Aptech Ltd. (Arena Multimedia) claim that they are the leader of making future of their students in multimedia sector. This is very shameful conduct by Arena Animation and it is sad for being a student of this centre. Complain By – Jaspreet Kaur Roll no. BC 328.

Sir, I am the student of arena animation and my course is AAASP and this complaint about arena they did not announce 7:30 batch last 5 to 6 months I need this timing batch because I am currently doing job so I can’t take any other timing batch and they warning me if cant complete course in time so they are not responsible for certificate, Sir this is frustrating thigh for me I want to clear my course as soon as possible and they late my course my admission date is June 2010 and this is year is 2014 and they blaming me, and I complete all my fees instalment So please help me and resolve my problem thanks and regards ravinder singh rawat
