I am from Hyderabad, I agree with you sir, Bcoz i also cheated by arena dilsukhnagar branch. they said we will give 100% job placement. and they said there wonderful job vacancies in animation industry. But since 1year i never get single job. still i m trying sir.

This is N. Madhu Sai Gopal also from Dilsukhnagar Arena. I completed my Multimedia course from there and have been successfully placed in an MNC through Arena Dilsukhnagar’s placement cell. As far as I know, recently Reliance Media Works, Prime Focus and few other companies had recruited more than hundred and fifty in last two months.

There’s something wrong somewhere. Perhaps, you have not been in touch with the centre. In fact, I have heard from many of my juniors that campus interviews are in full swing and Arena Dilsukhnagar has actually achieved record placements in the period you mentioned. The centre also placed many of my juniors in the company in which I am working through my reference.

Anyways, I can assist you personally as your senior if you wish. I am at a respectable position in my company now and I am sure I can help you out with a strong reference if your portfolio is good. hi i m student of Arena Animation c.p new delhi.Here they only cheat with student.they said to student to come and admission there but they did not give any thing.Here faculty is not good.They have no idea how to teach.I hope they just play with our career.

THe problem is with the current scenario of animation industry in India itself.There is no such thing as "Animation boom".Even i studied a course in 3dsmax for rs:30k in IFX(haha..i hope they r watching this comment, ..no prob!).The reason is simple, "THere are not many animation studios in india to recruit increasing number of anim students from several institutes.Even if they do, they are expecting highly talented students which is obviously not gonna happen in our country sooner unless some good institute come up with worldclass courses, facilities(of course, for optimal course fee)..So, in short, "I[censored] WANT TO ENTER INTO ANIMATION FIELD, BETTER STUDY SERIOUSLY FROM THE INTERNET(google is ur friend) AND GO FOR CHEAPER CENTRES(TO GET A CERTIFICATE FOR SAKE OF COMPLETENESS ).LEARN FROM PRACTICE .BEST PLACE IS TO STUDY ABROAD ."...my exp...DONT EVER JOIN A COURSE ON ANIMATION.Spend it wisely by getting books...

i came to know about the fraud activity of this center. they collect lot of amount beyond the course fees.
no perfect & experienced faculy also provide improper training & no placement oppurtunities.
their main aim is to making money.
so friends dont join in this institution. be aware of it.
try to take necessary action to bane these type of fraudness...

they r cheating students especially arena malleshwaram. they dont provide atleast gud facilites to class rooms. no proper furnishing, no proper faculties especially the center head she is big fake n also sukanya sreenivas she jus need money thats it no proper faculty to make us study. please never ever join arena malleshwaram

As a professional at one of the giants in global animation, I must fully agree with what has been mentioned above. The training institutes are committing a fraud on helpless individuals and there are no authorities to check their claims - free market economy! This thing about 1000 of jobs is a lie! Great salaries is a lie! The truth is 11 out of 10 animation companies close! Animation can be a nice pass time in India, never a profession. if your father has made money in politics or real estate, animation is a nice hobby from which you can walk out whenever you need.

India as a country had no history of animation like a Korea for ex. and the recent Hollywood films are beyond comprehension of ALL the owners and instructors of the animation studios in India. Animation must be taught in centre that interacts with the leaders in the industry? And the Indian film industry does not have people of such calibre.

I would however blame only those who enroll. Do NOT listen to the false claims of these cheating institutes. Check the net, be a regular on forums, call, interact and then take a decision if you wish to be in animation. More importantly I recommend those who have a family to support and a career to make, NOT to pursue animation. It will lead you no where! Animation in India is no industry. It's a myth created by all those who wish to exploit the poor, and uninformed middle class people. Beware!

Check for startup institute for online training. They can provide better education on 1-on-1 training basis.

You are almost right. Let me tell you one thing before commenting further, I am a student of Arena Multimedia and I did my course around 10 years ago, and also worked as 3D faculty and corporate faculty for them for couple of years, before starting of my very own company.

The issue what I feel, you are facing as same what I faced 10 years ago... Senior students aare faculties who dosen't know the basics of graphics, who have never worked for client demand and the study material is horrible than the free on-line tutorials. I have heard this complaint from several students earlier who came to learn or work with me, and it looks even today the pathetic system continues.

The only way to end such menace is to attack them legally, as it is not a matter of few thousands, but it is a matter of the time of your life...which is way too precious to loose like this.

I think if your complaint is genuine as you say first you need to talk to the concerned person and try and solve your problem rather then attacking any person in particular. As far as i am concerned most students do get placed, as Arena multimedia as a brand does provide placement assistance to all students.

I am not sure how come you have come across such a problem. my friend simply writing in a forum like this will not solve your problem, please do contact the concerned person raise your problem and get it solved. I hope you will be happy that your problem is solved and your money will be a better investment for your future.

Yes, its 100% true please take action on MS SELVI MURALIDARAN because most of the students have lost up to 1 lakh of no proper education.Class are not taken on time and there is no lab facility systems are not in good condition software's are not installed on time inspite of complaining to her and course materials are also not issued on time, but they take fees on time ARENA CUNNINGHAM is ment for rich people who wants to spend their money. so please i recommend only richers to go and meet MS SELVI MURALIDARAN she will give good solution TO YOU AII . yes even exams have not conducted and informed properly on time to the students. For Eg if Exams r conducted tomorrow they tell it today or half an hour before which makes students are not prepared for Exams. This information should be given 1 and a half week before so that students can get prepared. But this happens all the time when they conduct the Exams. And just show money to selvi muralidharan she

First, all critical comments should be made about something (for all kinds of services not rendered for your money) only as a last resort. Here, in this case it doesn't seem to be genuine cause and I think someone has a sinister motive against this person and this branch in particular.
Looks like, the one who initiated this complaint knows nothing but to just complain from behind as if they did not have sufficient factual material to prove their point; What a Cowardly act indeed with lot of Conviction and Pessimism in their views...Desperately wanting to take out their frustration which seems more of a personal atack with animosity rather than sharing their own true experiences albeit a bad one, without calling out names and giving attributes such as - 'Greedy Lady' and and 'Money Devil'...Oh! Jesus Christ I wish they cleanse their mind and thoughts with some acidic agents. A rational and a logical thinking mind will always analyze things from different perspectives.

A sound advice, dont join any institute because of marketing and great infrastructure.

There are good startup institutes who can provide better education than any other branded institute.

In branded institute, the manager will try to recovery the investment cost by fooling innocent students. Where as in a startup institute the trainer, manager and staff members will provide quality to ensure long term relationship.

I agree arena charges 3 times the fee charged by any institute.

I can assure for 33 thousand of web design course, you can get only photoshop, flash, dreamweaver.

With this training you cannot expect a JOB, i have interview few guys from ARENA who not even have basic knowledge of web designing.

i have been doing my AAASP course since APRIL '06 ..
i have been given my certificates but my syllabus has not been taught to me...
my curriculum had gone very slow.. they refuse to take my clasess for last 10 mnths ..
by now i shud have been completed maya and started working on my digital portfolio which i did not!! does thier education only teach softwares so that we only know how to handle it on the computer ?? what about imparting knowledge like thinking out of the box .. bieng able to create ideas on our own .. use our own heads n creativity .. we want to complete this course and call ourselves animators .. not just sumone whu holds the certificate and has no capability of working in international standards!!
our faculty also doesnt seem much experienced since they have completed the same course and have started to teach in the same institute[same branch] where they studied without experience anywhere else.. we have no workshops conducted for students .. in last 1yr only 1 seminar was organized where we realized how much we were lacking compared to the other institutes.. we are told about job offers which is not for freshers and so our sirs tell us to fake some experience [which means that we got no confidence bieng freshers!!].. group discussions, presentation skills nothing like that is conducted here ..
when i enrolled DAE was not launched .. and after paying 1/2 my fees, wasting money and time and joining DAE didnt seem like a good idea .. and later we began to realize that how much superior the training was.. minute details in sketchin is given importance there and in our course till date we have not picked up a pencil .. is it just because they pay more ?? we have no idea about pre production or post production .. is this an animation course or only introduction to software ??
why is there no industrial visits arranged??just let us interact with professionals !! we dont mind paying from our pockets for that kind of exposure!! but atlest provide!! picnics are way beyond!!
i m very upset from the fascilities provided by this institute .. infact we are not allowed to sit for practise on the computers, our class timings are 1 1/2 hrs .. while the DAE students sit for 4-6hrs daily.. there are few reference books showcased like a library .. but they refuse to hand it over to students .. wats the use?? its for show!! AND forget placements !!
i do no recomend anybody to take admission and waste money!

My course- 3ds Max & Maya which is sort term course.

They assure me a placement but they are not getting themself able to complete it.And second thing is my exam have been delayed for 2 mounth after complete my course.Then when will I get my course certificate?

My name is Paras S. Dhruv. I had completed My HDA course from ARENA MULTIMEDIA (Borivali).
I had completed it in March-2008. After giving too many reminders they had kept my 3rd Semister Exams after 6-8 months from completion of my course. I had visited more than 10 times to branch, but they had not arranged my online of 4th semister exams & its E-Project.
Finally with my best luck & god's help they had taken my 4th semister exam in March-2009 after which i didn't got my Result yet.
ARENA is popular for their Best Teachings & Services. if This kind of service is provided then how can we faith on ARENA.i think none of the classes takes 1 year for taking exams of students.
Just now yesterday i had visited ARENA for begging Certificate.
They r not sending any dates to H.O. for E-Projects, Just gave a answer, " don't worry, Ur E-project Work is in Process."
Exams should be taken before completion of course, but they didn't do that.
Without certificate i didn't get job.
Sir, Now i m not been able to give E-Project because of my office timings & their(ARENA) carelessness.
So kindly try to get me a certificate of first three semisters which is GRAPHIC DESIGNING, WEB DESIGNING & 3D MAX.
I had completed this 3 courses with all Project works.
my Payment of fees got cleared (Paid all Installments on time).

I m a student of arena multimedia of Kankurgachi branch in Kolkata.
I m a student of AAASP courses of 2007 curriculum.everyone know it that Arena is a very popular for their Best Teaching skills and awards..I completed my 2nd semester in this institute and pay at least near about all of the course fee..
but one thing my curriculum had gone very slow.every semester completed lack of the schedule time..here we know only tools of the software and how to working in computer..but we have no ideas about creativity in our mind and how to create a creative work.. nothing have to any pre production ideas..actually we dont know how the systematic way of production level?when a project started there is no story board, no x sheet.no modelsheet, no layouts...or the project is running?any one say how is it possible..
Besides, our damn faculty s say nothing have a idea of drawing to create any thing in animation (like walk cycle/throw of an object/like any motionic situation )..how is it possible in 2d animation nothing to draw u can started animation.?faculty saying do it from ROTOSCOPY...actually in our institute every faculty say that they r a professional animator.actually all r in graphics/web field..nothing have an idea about 2d and 3 d animation...
our faculty also doesnt seem much experienced since they have completed the same course and have started to teach in the same institute where they studied without experience anywhere else.and they hav no experience in production level...
we have no workshops conducted for students in last 1 year...for few days ago TASK animation workshop has done, when we show the working level of the other institute we get shocked that we r so lack of the other institute...but our institute shows in advertisement "NOW ARENA STARTED DISNEY AND PIXAR TYPES ANIMATION"
any newcomers faculty s r not here long time because of the working situation of the working level and dirty politics of the oldest faculty...last 1 yr 2 new faculty s r join i our institute 1 of from Maac of chandigarh and another is Dq production of hydrabad..but both of them gone in 1 months...
no body has no idea of a proper technique of animation drawing...but they started this animation institute...how funny????????????????
our class timing duration is only 1 to 1/2 hrs...nut when the load shedding situation class is off..
we r not allowed to sit for practice in institute..some books in library as a showcase, not for student..
and 100% placement[protected] forget it...

but one thing my curriculum had gone very slow.every semester completed lack of the schedule time..here we know only tools of the software and how to working in computer.then we all girls of that batch decided to leave that institute & we did that also .& then after 8/9 months they call me & said we will give u another oppurtunity & at that time they also took Rs/.2.500 rupees, and ensure me to start our classes again & also they said u 'll have to give another Rs/.2.000 when u 'll enter to the class, but i had a doubt on them so i did not go & some moneytary problem also-, they only need money nothing else .so many times in a semister they replace our faculty that is very tough to adjust with a new faculty in such short term of time.so we became so disatisfy of this institute & all my batch mate go other branch of this institute.But sir i belong to a middle class family & my parents gave abt Rs/.40, 000 to this institute sir can i get back my money or any other sustitute of this problem.i know this is a late complain but i did not abt this site (consumer complain.in).so sir i will be so so so grateful to u i[censored] could do any solution of my problem.ok sir Namaste.----

This is Hemant Kumar, student of Arena Animation Academy Kaushambi. I am doing my AAASP diploma course enrolled in July, 2008. Since the day I am facing lots of problem, like lack of information, shortage of books, shotage of faculty, improper labs, insystemetic enviorment.and lots more.
I do complain to my Branch Manager about the problem bt she never try to resolve it she jst try to fooed us.
Coz I don't no where is to do a official complains.
One of our faculty is very frendly to us he told me that centermanager said to them that student should not come to her, with their complains as i hav jst going to complete my 3rd sem, I have choose VFX as my specialisation BUT my center do not have any camera. any studio, and proper system on which i can do my work.
Another most important problem that i am facing is my semister exams, they never held on time, from the date of admission July, 2008 my first exam was held in Jan 2010, tell me how a student can go back and renew himself to the software, after that much time without books, So please tell me what to do.

BE AWARE OF FRAUDS AT ARENA MULTIMEDIA RAJAJINAGAR(BANGALORE) Now days some of arena branches Cheating students and forgot teaching, and they were busy in Making money... It Happens in Arena Multimedia Rajajinagar Branch. when i ask the placement, they gave some fake no's and said to try some where, they have collected 53 three thousand only web Designing course, and untill now they didn't issued any certifiactes also, this shows how arena is busy in fiels of making money... wake up students don't get cheated by only the Brand name... be aware

This is to bring to your kind notice that, I had joined the AAASP course in your Noida Institute (Arena Multimedia, Sector-18). I have payed the complete fees through the education loan on 15th Jan, 2009.

I have completed the first semester (Graphic Design) of the course, but was not able to continue the rest due to my health conditions. I am suffering from a neurological disorder in which the complete right side of my body does not function properly, including my brain. Also, the doctors have suggested me bed rest and not to concentrate over things for long. Because of these reasons, I have not been able to join the course back.

As I have already mentioned that I have paid the complete fees (1.62 L) for the course through education loan. Because of my health conditions I am not able to work as well. So paying off the loan has become a real difficulty for me.

Referring to the above circumstances, I request you to consider repaying the rest amount of my fees (after deducting the amount of the 1st Sem). Sir, as I belong to a middle class family and my father is also not doing very well in his health, so I cannot put the load of my loan on his shoulders.

Would request you to consider my plea and respond accordingly. If required, I can present all the medical prescriptions or the papers as required.

No good Faculties.
I have studied 3ds max and maya for 3D modelling.
They send for some interviews as a placement.
I want to tell, where they send me for interview.
First Interview for a webdesigning company. There they have ask for HTML code development.
Second Interview for a content writing company.
Third Interview for a good data entry job.
Fourth Interview for a very nice online database management company.
These how You can see the Arena placement will go.
Please don't join in arena animation (mainly) Arena animation Kilpauk.
The student who finish the course will teach you without much practical knowledge.
While i'm studying there I don't know how the 3d design company goes.
For the placement they never send me to the Animation development company.
I ask them, the interview i have attented are not from animation feild.
They answered rubbish.

hi i am really shock tht veing brand name thy r makeing money nt making students to learn somethg worth in whc students ve spend money for tht . i think i will go to head department reagarding the issue i ve faced . See as a person nobdy is getting money frm top its all hard earning money in whc as parents i felt it can use money for some thg worth to kids future. Thy only wants money in time. I belive these brand name shld be banned in india( Bangalore ) . usha mohan here. My son is doing DAE course frm june 2010. As i was shock to knw that they r very slow & I belive that they ve not completed in time course i am just paying every month hoping . But when i checked that how much semester's R softwares ve he fisnhed when i checked it i was shock that how come brand name like arena is too slow whn i compared in abroad & here . No proper response they are just draging things just like that i am feeling very low for this that why did i suggest my son for these course i am feeling very bad . I thought many dreams about these course. Almost 6 month now he ve learnt only 1st semester
1. BASIC SHAPES &SKETCHING TECHNIQUES.
2. ANATOMY DRAWING .
3. BODY LANGUAGE &EXPRESSIONS.
4. LIGHT, COLOUR &PERSPECTIVES.

Only 4 chapter ve been thought for 6 months inspite of all these effort i ve complain to incharge persons.
But still nothing as been done till now i am wondering to finsh these course i think thy will take 4 years .

I ve paid Rs. 1, 17, 56, 50 till now wht i got in return only ths 4 chapter i requested them that i wanted to get settled down in abroad soon becoz of this course i am here but still they r nt responding much. In case if my son settledown in between is ths course can be contd thr ?? They only want money in time, As same i want my son to finsh these course in time. hi i am madeshwaran, student of arena animation (anna nagar). here there is no proper staff for idividual module & also provide insufficient training. they collect extra amount beyond the course fees. not provide proper placement. sariyana dubkoora irukanunga.fraud pasanga.
my friends suggest me "frameboxx" is the better one. i decide to join there.

I have chosen the B.Sc. degree course from Arena animation, lal niwas narayan singh circle.But because of some personal problems, i have dropped the course few month ago, but i have completed some basic software from arena and i asked Ms. Deepa Lakhani (executive person in that centre) to give me the certificate in relation that basic courses that i have completed from their institute and Ms. Deepa lakhani refused me to give certificate.

I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a suit against your institute.

Sir, i m doing B.A. in Animation & VFX from Arena South Extension, Delhi. When i took admission they told me that i will b getting Laptop after 3 months but now they r saying u will be getting laptop after the submission of fees Rs 60, 000. But i want to know that why is it so. I belong to middle class family and my father can't able to expend more money to purchase a laptop or pc coz of it's fees. it's fees is so high. i have completed my 1st software and i don't no completely about it that how can it work. As per rules Arena should give laptop withen a month only coz children like me required it to do practice. Please help me sir.

I am apalled at the quality of faculty at your Ghatkopar East Arena center. I had recently enrolled in 2 courses - HTML and Illustrator and was given some faculty - Ms. Smita, who:

1. Did not know HTML
2. Made multiple errors while teaching me HTML
3. Taught only 0.5 hour everyday while the course is supposed to be 1 hour
4. Refused to teach for the stipulated 1 hr when asked to do
5. Covered only 30% of the syllabus on every day and expected me to sign the sheet
6. Was completely, disorganized, disinterested and knowledgeable

When I spoke with the center managers about this, Sanobar said "This is our best faculty" while Sushila said "Smita thought the class was only 0.5 hr, I'll give you our corporate faculty now". I am running my own national level business and was taking precious time out to come and learn these languages from Arena. The poor quality of faculty has resulted in a huge waste of my time, money and energy, due to which I now want my full money back.

Call me immidiately to resolve this issue else I will be forced to take this to a higher level!

hi, all am a faculty with 7 years live experience, and then i joined arena multimedia MEHDIPATNAM HYDERABAD.After a month i was waiting for the salary but they said they will pay next month then they didnt payed me that month also.I asked salary several times and they postpone every time.Then students told me that the previous 3 faculties left with the same reason. students are suffering a lot becoz of changing faculties and taking time to search for another faculty. This has become a habit.After me they appointed another faculty after taking 1 month time and they repeat the same. Doing like this they are not only playing with student lifes but also cheating the qualified faculties.HENCE I REQUEST STUDENTS AND FACULTIES PLZ DONT JOIN ARENA MULTIMEDIA MEHDIPATNAM SAVE YOUR TIME AND CAREERS.!!! i've been doing graphic design from arena since from 5 months and the head sir ROBIN KHETAN promised of giving best teaching, what i've been facing from 5 months is no classes has been done for photoshop its almost over but still nothing and he always says make something creative for him but he teaches nothing and no good faculty only one teacher is in lab same and for the classes also computers are running on low specs which is very important for doing animation and i've felt i wasted my money so i wanna say that please do something for this institute and save people from joining arena udaipur i dont know but arena is a big name in animation industry and this institute is making that name small, Robin khetan's number is[protected], i'm telling this man knows nothing about animation, he's just making money. I seriously think he should pay for what he has done with all students. Please i'm requesting so do something about this arena udaipur.

Absolutely agree this is the biggest fraud and money making institute run by aptech limited. i take admission in AAIP in 2012 and they promised me to complete this course in 18 months because i choose fast track option but after some months they show their real faces..they converted my batch with slow track students. 2013 is also passing i spent 22 months here and i completed only 2nd sem yet. arena not provide e-project on time or even exams also The center staff not register exams on time. i cleared my first sem in 12 months and 2nd sem in 8 months...!!! 18 months course on fast track is now converted into 3 years on slow track..The biggest fraud done by arena and aptech hate this institute they waste my time and money...!!! plz beware to this Brand name...!!

I am a student of Arena institution. When i was going admission they offer me that institution have lot of facilities, and they told me they provide free laptop for students but till now they didnot provide it.
The lab facility is not good in that institution, there is only few systems for practicing the students and the available system is not in working condition.. their is not as much facilities in lab.. they did not providing good coaching for students.. in lab airconditioner not working..their no books in that institution... they receive fees monthly properly but they are not providing facilities to students for their fees..

I was a student of Arena Multimedia studied Graphic Design and A/V Editing. I regret wasting one year in this institution. I thought this happened in Pakistan, Lahore only. However, after reading the complains of Indians, I am shocked. They teach you the software only but no graphic design. Graphic Design is not learning software. Software is a tool. Graphic Design demands critical thinking skills, psychology and philosophy of design, sketching skills, eye and observation of a designer. They don't teach you this because they themselves don't know it. The head of my branch who taught me this course for six months was herself a diploma holder from this institution knowing nothing of the art of graphic design. I would warn everybody not to take admission in this institution.

Student of DCD course, Mangalore. Joined the course on July 7, 2015, Arena Animation.They took the fees well in advance, did not mention the option of fees paid in installment, Manager Head, Mrs.Prajwal. Today after paying in full fees, the need for me to complete my course came up.She requested a faculty to teach me, extra classes.All was going well till two days back. Manager is simply checking the class, saying lots of students can not teach me.
Looks like once the students fees is settled they puppeted. Please look into the matter, horrible administration here.

Hi, I'm a student from Arena's Vasai branch ( Course: Print & Publishing). I've completed my course in June itself. But still they have not scheduled my exam. Even the issue of fees is not sorted. They keep giving different reasons and excuses. I don't understand what they are doing as a management. When they want fees you ask for that first and then though meeting them 3-4 times to tell that schedule my exam they end up giving silly reasons. What kind of behavior is this. Highly Disappointed. I never had such kind of experience before with any other institute. This is really bad or may be the worst. As an institute no responsibility is taken. I don't see a good point to say here about the institute as well as the faculty that was given for our batch. Kindly note this issue. I want to give the exam and get done with it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Well I have not studied from Arena Multimedia hence I can not comment on why they are not giving jobs after courses to so many students? where as the Animation and Multimedia Industry including Graphics Designing, Web Designing and VFX have tones of jobs in India. They are really looking for creative people.
