SIR
I purchased BOAT brand sound bar with speakers on 7.2.2022 from Reliance digital stores, Selaiyur, Chennai, Tamilnadu pin; 600073.
Now the system is not working. The Blue tooth is not getting connectd to the device AVANTIBAR1500.
It is requested to depute some engineer from your side to rectify the same please.

Updated by Mnaaa.s Hi Megha, just don't write anything for the sake of it. Your Institute is least bothered to even contact any student after taking the money. Can you show me the proof of classes you provided to me with different trainers. Can you show me my attendance. Can you show me the recording of classes which I have attended. Don't just write a standard reply. None of you ever contacted me once I fully paid my fees. No worries I will take this further.

I am from the offline batch. Since it is online now you'll should reduce the fees. We were expected to consider the situation and shift online which we did, now it is high time you'll do the same. When i joined you'll said online was 40k with some discount and now you'll are asking me to pay the same amount. I have also spoken to my other batch mates regarding the same and they also have the same issues. It is disappointing that digital vidya is all about the money. I understand that you'll have to pay the instructors but also understand that a lot o[censored]s have lost our jobs too. I regret joining digital vidya because of the attitude shown by the people working there. Anyways i hope you'll look into this matter and figure out a solution.

Marketing professionals don't have websites and services/products. The objective is to learn digital marketing which can be used in real life. I was told that you have to complete web analytics when in fact I don't have a website and the expectation was to receive.a.dummy environment where learning can be put to good practice. However after asking coordinator for an alternative course which doesn't require a website, Rahul, coordinator has declined and said to complete the course have to finish the given module of web analytics only.

I was just browsing net and i got this course pop up when i just inquired about it they told told me the process and they suggested me after several follow up.
Even i was thinking about to get some course to boost my carrier. After attending 2 to 3 classes i wanted cancel because i am not able to understand.
When i called about it they said it more than 2 classes and it also mentioned in the policy not possible to cancel. Its nearly year completed still i didn't got any calls from digital vidya to support. When ever i try to touch with my coordinator they also showing poor response. When they need money they suggested like anything but same aggressive not in providing completing of my course. My friend paid only 30k and he getting frequent calls to recover complete course money but i am not getting any calls to supporting in course. It says complete money minded people around there and digital vidya. Still i am paying interest for that money spent in the course. Hope one day i will get a call from digital vidya. Paid 60k, enrolled for digital marketing course. Got harassed by a lady trainer named Gauri, who harassed me in the session just for a feedback I gave . Post that trainer was changed based on my request . Most courses PPT has statistics as of 2013, and I am reading course in 2019 . I want my refund . I have not had a look at any course since this incident nor given any feedback for any trainer .

I want the refund for all this I had to undergo .

They had told that there would be placement for ppl who take course out of country and now they say no placement will be provided .

To canvas people they said all this and I enrolled with that assurance, but I recently got mail from Kapil, that there will be no refund because they gave another trainer and accordingly to them the issue is resolved

But I seek refund because as a consumer I have been cheated and it's like forcing someone to take salt that's expired already .

You can't take people for granted . 60k worth study what I got humiliation, harassment, slides and noted as of 2013 .

Consumer court please help as these institution is taking huge amount of money and giving misleading advertisement

I really can't write the story time and again for the irresponsible attitude towards a lady who was looking for returning to work by taking this course .It might not mean anything to you but that 60 k is my hard earned money before I became stay at home mom ..

Don't underestimate us pls .. out of corporate means the stay at home moms can run their business and for that I chose your institute .

A mail was written by me to Pradeep Chopra to which Kapil replied me to take the course again, which is really impossible now because I have lost confidence and trust in digital Vidya especially after gauri insulting and the way Kapil wrote no refund .

You all think you have done justice .

Education is business but should be with intergrity and respect .

I had a bitter experience from Kapil especially who's co founder not even apologizing and just dropping mail say no refund .

Please let me know when I will get refund .

I am not mentioning my name, because on checking with training coordinator neetu you will get all my details .

And after all this mail, for months there was no response

Please don't delay my refund . 60 k should be made proudly and not fooling people

I joined digital vidya for the cpdm course. Before joining they said they would offer placement assistance. After completing the course, not only i have not received any assistance or job interview. Because of them, i even lost many interviews that i got without their help, they said that i need not attend those interviews as digital vidya would provide me with assistance and accepting the job offer gained through outside dv will affect their credibility.

I have done Data Analyst Excel with Power BI course through Digital Vidya.
Before joining, they promised 100 percent job placements. They said they have placement cells and people from digital vidya gets priority and easily can get jobs with good package. After completing the course, there is no guidance or assistance from them.

Digital Vidhya only Making money from Data Analyst course. I do not think anyone should take admission in an organization that only makes false promises.

I have joined digital vidya. They are totally a waste of time and money. They haven't taught practically. Which tutorial video, they provided those are outdated. If you want to learn digital marketing youtube has good videos. When they didn't teach me clearly, i had watched youtube videos.

Digital vidya doesn't provide job or internship assistance.

Digital vidya at patna centre is spoiling the brand of this reputed institute i sent my ward for admission they were so nice at the time of admission but nightmare started after 3 days of class
Incident took as i spoke over phone to one lady regard discount in fee for cdmm course she agreed for 45k including gst and later when i said that i have some reference then she said centre head will call me back,
Later centre head call me back and agreed at condition if we give reference the fee will be 40k each for both candidate
Once my reference came for admission they black and white denied their promise

I don't understand how to judge an institute, if at beginning of the course their behavior is so much changing what will happen at the time of placement?
I dont know is this the only situation of patna digital vidya or all pan india digital vidya centre do like this?

Even i am confuse that whether to proceed with the course of my ward or not

My name is balaji devanathan, i am not a fake id as you are mentioning these days, you can check your database.

The following are the complaints against digital vidya

1) the training for the digital marketing courses is very basic, even if we go through fb or twitter we can learn more than what is taught in dv.

2) for admitting a candidate dv sales team can tell any number of promises without substance.

3) recently dv introduced 2.0 format, in which there will be one or two videos for 1.5 to 2 hrs. Which will be so boring. Then it will be discussed during the webinar.in that, the trainer will just graze the grass and go and it will be a total disappointment.

4) knowing about 2.0 format, i have not opted for that. But for my last module, they were forcing me to do it in that format. Which is totally unethical.

5) there were 18 special modules in their curriculum apart from 7 core modules. Since i am working, i opted for weekend classes. During counselling the sales personnel of dv didn't tell that the special modules will be only on weekdays. I could not attend single module as i could not be available on weekdays. If it was told earlier i would not have enrolled to join the course.

6) during the counseling and in their course brochures they promised to provide access to tools for practicing worth 75, 000. This is another fraudulent act. The tools were already available for free in trial and dv has no role in getting them any access to the participants.

7) the tools they promised to provide will never be discussed by any of the trainers at any point in time. As if it is discussed the participants would come to know they 've been deceived by dv. So the trainers carefully avoid to even mention about the tools.

8) the trainers of dv are very ordinary and the curriculum is very basic, definitely it not worth spending money taking digital marketing course with dv.

9) the coordinators were never available for any assistance.

10) dv digital marketing courses are over hyped and over priced product with no value.

I requested for my refund as dv has never fulfilled their promises. But i am not getting any reply so far for any of my concerns raised.

I request pradeep, ceo to clarify and refund the money as the promises made by them were false.

After doing lot of research finally I have posted my reviews about Digital Vidya
1. Its not a google authorized training partner but in video (marketing session) they say it.
2. They have very carefully remove all the negative reviews about them
3. They are just a simple google partner since 2014, not even premier partners even after 3 years. See what exactly is premier partner, link - http://bit.ly/2toxyh9
4. They claim to be big company with lot of trainers but if you check on glassdoor you can find only 7 reviews about them, 2 salary reviews and 2 benefit reviews, if they have so many certified trainers and conduct thousand of training why no salary, benefit and other reviews on glassdoor
5. Marketing session video content is changed every time, every week, old content is removed
6. In the online marketing session fake facts and figures are told in such a way that those attaining thee session feels there are lot of people attainig the session.
7. Every week new batch starts, really doubt about how many admissions happen per week.
8. They don't give any commitment for passing of core google, facebook and hubspot certifications.
9. There is no proper syllabus and also no clear indication about which topic will be taught by which trainer.
10. If you want to learn the subject online then you can find thousand of videos on youtube from authorized google partners even premium google partners and industry experts, which are more technically superior and of good quality, expert advice and much more you don't need to join Digital Vidya for the same which you get free of cost.
11. Tie up with Vskills is not a great thing, something like tie up with google or microsoft does really matter.
12. No commitment about how much hands on or practical sessions will be conducted.
13. They spend lot of money on promotion (mostly online promotion) video, search and display network, just to attract more and more customers.
14. They are looking looking for "digital marketing head" - job posting can be found in naukri.com. It really is a big question that leader in digital marketing company itself is looking for "digital marketing head" http://bit.ly/2tTSDRx
15. All the video content on youtube channel is just marketing trick and promotional activity, nothing is reality, what you get in actual training is very basic.

As per me Digital Vidya is just using marketing tactics to make fool of people and get money from them and teach something which is worth Rs. 10, 000 for which they charge Rs. 50, 000 to 60, 000/-

Hi. Don't waste your money on this. Go for a different institute. They'll take your money for average classes and will never help you with placements or anything.

I completed 6 months master course from digital vidya. Before joining, they promised 100 percent job placements. They said they have placement cells and people from digital vidya gets priority and easily can get jobs with good package. After completing the course, there is no guidance or assistance from them. Hii My name is Predeep Chettry from Dehradun, I work in a reputed Orginization in New Delhi as a Marketing Manager having 6.5 years of Experience, Due to the changing demand of the market and due to the requirement in my company also i started searching for good Institute in Digital Marketing, After searching for entire one month i Came across these guyz which they call themselves as DIGITAL VIDYA, I called them for the Enqiry after taking to them for about one minute i feel that i am taking to an Illiterate person who is sounding unprofessional and no command over the couse and neither language, I polietly ask him can you please connect me to your senior and shockingly his tone changed and he told me i am senior manager i am the boss and i am the authority, I said fine tell me about the course, After taking to him for some time when i asked him about the fees he quoted me 49000+ taxes which is not at all a small amount so i said why the fees is very high because i have the knowledge of this field to a certain extent, They are providing a very basic overview of digital marketing with no practicality, When i asked him bother kindly tell me to what extent you are covering Digital Marketing practically because they are not providing any project initially to execute Digital Marketing, He keep on saying yes in between we are providing case studies and assignments, Ohh !!! common i am a Mature guy why would i spend 50k in a bsic training training programme, I have lot of options of Good companies in the market.Sadely he dont have any jutification. I said okk Then i said its okk i'll get back to you, But then he start using his cheap sales techniques like sir i''ll give you a discount of 15 % and then after certain push he was ready to give me his course in 25 K and some V-skill Certificate which is not at all USP its a free certifcate and anyone can get it easily and no relation to Digital Marketing ( There are hell lot of reviews you can find against V-Skills) and as an experinced candidate frankly speaking no use at all but yes if someone is providing you with the Google Certification that will be an Asset, But at last this conversation prooved to be a funny conversation beccause i know they are only providing a basic training programme which you can easily learn just by watching videos and one advice whenever they quoted the fees structure kindly dont hesitate to ask for discounts they have huge window, The total worth of this training programme according to me is not more than 15k... I would advice Digital Vidya, Kindly increase the standard of your Councellors and sell as per the value because you are just selling peanuts then dont expect that people will pay you 50K

Doing this basic ### 3rd class digital Marketing course which is extremely useless because better content is available free online,
The idea of Mr wanna be Entrepreneur Pradeep Chopra to EARN big money that's it, these vultures are Money suckers. Their councelors are sales person, they cannot guide anyone whether one should take this course or not, they don't guarantee placement just placement assistance which I am yet to see, how good is that.
For freshers it's a curse,
Biggest mistake of my life that I wasted my 42k here.
HOM like Nehar Mathur shall rot in hell.

I curse this whole damn Institute.
Absolutely disgusting and pathetic.
Please don't join. Freshers save your money, digital marketing is nothing to be learnt, the basic idea is grow your own business and if you don't have one then learn it from fee internet, not from wannabe scumbag co founders

As they are in digital industry they are good in removing negative reviews, but I want to share my experience regards digital vidya course. They are fake, their course do not value more than 15000rs. New Institute can provide better training than digital vidya. So guys if you really want to learn digital marketing course, be careful..don;t go only with reviews, research carefully before enrolling.

These hopeless greedy people at digital vidya swallowed my money.I was very exicted to start a ecommerce portal as my father owns a garment export business. While enrolling DigitalVidya’s sales people showed me a dream that they will help me out to stand as one of the key player in this industry. But the result is that till now I am not able to start my own ecommerce portal.Even after doing the course I am not able to execute anything properly. The knowledge that they provide is only bookish and theoretical. I contacted there trainer’s to help me as Digital Vidya’s promised the query support but they told you have to pay extra for that as it comes under consulting.What Rubbish …..at the time of admission they make sky high promise but reality is faar away.
