Arena Animation / Multimedia — Regarding fees

I am a student at Arena Animation Rajnagar. I took admission in the year 2023 and I am doing the Arena Animation Prime course. My Vc number is 1499. My course got completed in September, but there was some fee-related issue that hasn't been resolved. They neither pick up my calls nor tell me the date of the exam. Every time, they keep delaying by another week. So there is no resolution.
