I have a hotplate that has error message when I turn it on and I have lost the warranty card during transportation.

I tried to submit a online repair request with Arise India Customer care but there was no email acknowledgement.

I did this 3 times and got no acknowledgement. Then I called their number where I was informed that if there is no warranty they could not help me AT ALL. this seems a bit extreme.

I am happy to pay but the company needs to tell me where and how.
