I purchased the gas geyser arise executive 7 l gas water geyser thru flipkart vide order no. od[protected] but i receive the arise para 7 l, i installed the geyser but geyser is not working, i sent complaints on 16-11-16 & 18-11-16 but no response is there from your end. all the contact numbers mentioned on the official website are incorrect. kindly attend my complaint at uts earliest.

    Many time i call ur custmer care. But my complaine is not complete. Plz action in my complain. U r cheating with me no prob i know that what will my next action thanks for customer support service

      I have been called to customer care more than three time and submitted the complaint but they did not take any action . One thing is more engineer without checked the bettery generate the ok report .i did faith on company during the purchasing time but now it is totally different .today I talked with raj kumar .his way of talking was rude .         I mahendra singh baught inverter from palak electricals unnao up brand arise super 700 dt 30/08/2014 but now a days it takes many extra load above 4 k watt dealer also check it but not change it ; i pay extra elctricity bill due to its fault please take action against dealer and change my enverter.

            I had purchased a subersible pump on 19/04/2015 from M/s Akshay Builder Store at shahdara Delhi. On dated 24/02/2016 it hasbeen stopped working I have complained to the company M/s ARISE INDIA LTD vide complaint No. DL[protected] on 25/02/2016 but company has refused to replace my pump during the guarantee period . I am facing many problems because of this pump .

                      The inverter draws too much power even after the battery is full causing excess consumption of electricity. I havebeen paying almost 1000 rs per bill more than required due to excess power consumption by this inverter. Last two months theinverted consumed 4 times the required power causing me to pay abill od rs 25000. Who is to blamefor the faulty inverter. The amount i have toshell out is my one months salary... i want go lodge a. Complaint against arise inverters and request everybody never to puchase an inverter with brand name arise

                        I bought a Water Geyser(Champion 25 Liter)2+3 year warranty on 16th Dec 2014 from Unique Electronics, Shop no:7, IGNOU Road, Saidulajab, ND 110030.(bill no:1181). It was working fine for nearly 5 months and after that the water was not getting heated so contacted the customer care, they informed us to wait till September to get the issue checked and rectified. On 1st Oct 2015 we complained and got complaint no:DL[protected] and there was no revert, On 8th Oct 2015, we complained again for the issue and got the complaint no:DL[protected] and after multiple follow-up we got another complaint no:DL[protected] on 14th and has been calling almost every day but the response from the customer service is PATHETIC and WORST. IS there any officer in the customer service who can attend to the issue and resolve the same. The field Technician Abhishek([protected]) was very rude and was least bothered about the issue and was asking me to use Gas Cylinder instead of Geyser. Please note if I am not getting a solution for the issue, will move to consumer court. I have all the transaction happened over the call recorded in the phone.                           Dear Sir, I am writing of a matter which I am confident will be of interest to you. I had purchased ARISE INVERTER from ALFA ELECTRICALS DESAIGANJ DIST.GADCHIROLI(M.S[protected] in June 2015. During long power cuts Led lights, tube lights zero bulbs were fused, initially I ignored. But then I noticed that this happen only when it runs on inverter. I complained about this to local dealer but had not cooperated & said that it must be your wiring problem. I checked all my wiring in my newly constructed home from my electrical contractor, all the wiring were OK, & there is a problem in inverter, during power cut the inverter voltage is very high approximately 280, which electric gadgets cannot bear & get fused making my personal loss because of your inverter fault. Local dealer is not responding on my complain, I will wait for eight days from today, if any action is not taken & if it is not taken seriously I will claim in consumer forum & share my experience about ARISE INVERTER on social networking sites like Facebook, twitter, Instagram, what's up & advice people not to use Arise inverter. I would like you to know that I had foreseen the possibility o[censored]sing your company products in the future. Unfortunately, however, that will not occur if I am to expect this type of service. Surely, my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear is of high caliber.                             I ordered an Arise Sandwich Maker (Order no:104890) on 11th Dec'2014 and paid full amount of 299/- through online payment gateway.Till date I have not received the product. I have already tried to contact the company through mail and contact number provided in website. But received no positive response. I had ordered the product for daily uses expecting it to be delivered latest by 22nd Dec'2014. But it is yet to be received as on 31st Dec'2014. Because of this I will have to purchase a new similar product at a much higher rate (Approx 1000/-) from market to keep my daily routine unhampered. My demand are as follows: 1. Rectify the deficiency in services by delivering the product at the earliest within 5 days and compensating the mental agony and harassment which I have gone through by providing me any additional benefit which you may think fit. OR 2. Failing to deliver within 5 days from now, I would like to claim of the refund for the product and additional Rs5000/- for all other damages.

                                I have bought an arise iron after one month due to some problem its not working, for this I have contacted to Delhi customer care people, since I am residing in Sahibabad Ghaziabad so they told us to contact Ghaziabad helpdesk. When we contacted Ghaziabad helpdesk for repairing of iron they told us to go to shop from where we bought this iron. As well as I know in guaranty period for repairing mechanic use to come direct customer home. i have send two mail to customer care also but no reply. This iron is not in use from many days, due to this I am facing lot of problem.

                                  Are selling the products in large quantity and forcing the consumers pay .Hence it is violation of MRP ACT and cheating to Indian consumers forcefully.

                                  The consumer has purchased water dispensers @3,80-0/- + vat @ 12.5% extra whileas the MRP printed on the box is Rs 1700/- Double amount of its MRP Printed.
                                  Further no Importers name and address is printed on the pack.
                                  No consumer Helpline is printed on the Box
                                  Photocopy of the Box and copy of purchase bill is enclosed herewith for your necessary action .
                                  One side your department is advertising and publicing not to pay more than MRP it is consumer rights. Hence it is the violation of weights and measurement department.
                                  We have approached the weight & measurement departments on 21/10/2011 and 2/3/2011 2 times but no any actions has been initiated all the departments are in the pocket of manufacturers.

                                      Agree with you, I recently purchased a Geyser of Arise India in Udaipur of 10 Ltr capacity on 18.12.2010 in Udaipur.

                                      Its outlet pipe has burst three times and ther is no satisfactory answer from the dealer or the company.
                                      Even customer care center nos on the booklet are incorrect.
                                      I have purchased a Halogen cooker from them and the unit came with the halogen lamp broken. They are not ready to fix the issue and is telling that it is not covered under warranty. They are not even ready to replace the part on payment. Don't buy from these cheaters.

                                        Yesterday one service technician came and seen the Arise battery and 10 numbers of distal water bottles. After his observation he told this is dry run problem. Now please make your judgement based on the following data I have:

                                        Warranty: 18 months

                                        Number of complaint : 03

                                        Number of distal water bottle used: 10

                                        I think there is some problem with battery, because it shouldn't consume this much of water quantity. The company should change the battery as it is still under warranty.
                                        I also faced same problem, but was replaced with new one.
                                        I am using the Battery of Hundai but I fill the water after 6 months and I am getting proper power backup.

                                        I never seen any battery such as this. It should be change because this is in warranty period
                                        I also faced same problem, but was replaced with new one.
                                        And never suggest to others for this.
                                        I have seen in the internet, this product is ISO rated. Consuming this much of water quantity, I think this manufactuting defect and responsible party or company should replace the battery as it is still in warranty.
