Dear sir, i have submitted my policy for claim after my maturity period on 30.04.2019 along with all relevant documents. But, till date no any intimation from them and there's no way to contact them. I have got the confirmation for having deliverd to the addressee also. I have communicated so many times through e-mail to jdpli also, but no any positive response from them either through mail or letter.

In view of the above, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful for quick settlement of my claim at the earliest please.
