[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Amount debited from my account for PLI Online Payment but still shows transaction failure and no generation of slip

A Transaction of RS 5527 for the policy no HP-203154-CS SANTOSH, Customer name Sunil Kumar and customer id 48627218 was made on the dated[protected].The transaction was for the period of 01/04/2023 TO 30/09/2023.My order no was OR[protected].This transaction was pay using online portal (https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/) on dated[protected]RS 5527)with google pay id [protected]@okicici to indiapost.[protected]@hdfcbank and its UPI transaction id was[protected].An amount of RS 5527 had debited from my account and stil it shows transaction status failure in online portal.Also there is no generation of slip.
I am sending you my details of google pay tranaction slip and also internet banking transaction copy of transaction for confirmation also.
Kindly look the matter and resolve my problem.This is for your information and necessary action please.
