Not receiving mail

My account i slocked due to mismatch in password. Hence trying to retrieve via mail but not receiving a mail from the portal to reset the password for PLI login account....

PLI portal not showing up my policy details

Hi PLI,

I have been a PLI customer since Jan, 2022. I have opted Santosh PLI Plan and first premium amount of 55343.00 was paid as first year premuim last year. Policy number is[protected].

Now for this year premium payment, I couldn't find this policy listed under my customer ID in PLI portal which says 'NO POLICY FOUND'. Please look in to this matter urgently.

Monthly Premium not updated in PLI

Dear sir,
I had paid premium for my PLI policy No APS[protected]L on 30.09.2022 through pay recovery. Premium amount was debited from my account but the same was not credited into my PLI policy.

Hence I kindly request your good self to do the needful to credit the amount in PLI policy at the earliest.

I am not able to pay my premium because I can't login into my account. I am getting error message " Your account is locked. Please click on forgot password to generate new password link". But even after numerous tries to reset the password, I am not getting any email with the reset link. It's been like this for few months now. Now Penalty has been increasing on my account. Kindly look into it....

Paid twice (Online & Offline) PLI premium for the month of March 2022

I have paid PLI Premium for Feb 2022 of Rupees 5173.00 on 12/03/2022 through offline mode. However, I registered and opted to pay subsequent premiums via online mode. But when I paid a premium for April 2022, I had paid both March and April month premiums to activate the PLI policy while opting online mode of payment. Unable to login with my credentials

I, Ramnarayan sharma, policy holder with policy no.[protected], whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again...

Policy status showing as inactive

Dear Sir, This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy (Policy No.[protected] Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till month of June 2021 . Further, policy also shows inactive (whithout any reason) but actually it is active with the premium paid till June-2021. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful. About account locked message

Sir I am customer holder of PLI. My account id is 7325466. when I try to login, a message appears "your account has been locked. click on forget password". I HV tried so many times to reset password but same message appears everytime. pl resolve my problem.

Policy status shown as INACTIVE

This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy No.[protected] which has sum assured Rs. 1000000.00/-. Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till the month of June 2021 but online it shows the policy status as INACTIVE. Several times I tried to contact on telephone number given on web site however nobody responded. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful.

Sir,
I am Champa Garai having PLI Policy no[protected]. I paid online premium for November 20 on 26/11/20. Payment status shows success but not get receipt no. When I try to pay for December 20, it shows two months due.
Please solve this as soon as possible.

I have paid premium of my PLI on 20.11.2020 through debit card and the money got deducted from my account. Status in the pli website showing pending with status id 99.

Payment not credited but amount debited.

Sir my name is T. Srinivasu. I have paid my pli premium on 4th November 2020 through online from my SBI account net banking of rupees 726, but the amount was not shown in payment history. it showed as pending in payment history.

Please note that I have a postal life insurance policy and I have been paying my premiums online till now. Recently I noticed that after I login to the PLI portal it displayed a message - NO POLICY FOUND.
