I buy a policy of postal life insurance online, through site of PLI
https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/CustomerPortal/quoteaction.action
i pay my premium online.i recieve a reciept on mail.and a proposol number.
i submit proposol through same site.than i call to pli call centre give them to proposol number.and they reply that no proposol number not found in system.
Why PLI taking amount if they dont...

PLI receipts are not available.

I have paid my PLI premium through portal https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/ on 04 MAY 2022.
The payment was successful with following details.

ORDER NO.- OR[protected]
RECEIPT NO.[protected]please see attached photograph)

But the PDF file of online receipt can not be downloaded as it is not on the portal. Also all the PDF files of online receipts have...

My policy no HY-184546-CS showing policy status inactive on payment portal. I am paying all the premiums..I am using both methods for payment sometimes online sometimes offline...Please loog into the matter and make the policy active....

    My PLI policy no. Is[protected]. My policy has been issued on 12/05/2017 and I had paid premium upto end July 2022. I want to surrender my policy now but the surrender quote don't add up the bonus value. I should have to receive more than 53k as I have completed 5years but the quote shows me only 32-33k. I have tried their helpline numbers but the customer support is useless . kindly fix my issue...

    Dear Sir, This has with reference to Postal Life Insurance Policy (Policy No.[protected] Under this policy, the premium payment has been made till month of June 2022. Further, policy also shows inactive (whithout any reason) but actually it is active with the premium paid till June-2022. In view of above, it is requested to look for this matter and do needful.

        Hi,

        I am not able to login to the PLI portal. It throws error "invalid customer id/password". I already tried by resetting the password. But no luck.

        Could you please check and help me with this ? My customer ID is 76895805. Please do the needful on priority.

            As per DIGITAL INDIA we people more frequenlty in use of electronic media for our transactions, but whwnever i go to PLI sites it asked me to pay extra charges which cost me almost 300 in each month premium.I just want to undertand why merchant charges still there .Even we go to private outlets like Reliance/Pantaloons etc we dont to pay anything extra.
