Artemis Hospital Gurgaon — not shift to ward as i was echs card holder and was not paying cash

M 47 yrs old single lady. Referred by echs to admit artemissions hospital. As it was late evening i called them to know is thr bed available they asked me to visit their opd first thn their doctor will decide is it emergency or not. Asked them for opd timing they cut the phone without reply as they r bus and i was wasting their time. Next day i visited the hospital emergency. I was not able to walk and chat properly. But they asked me to first visit opd. I took token for registration. Token no 364 was doing necessary formalities for opd and my token no. Was 371. After waiting more thn 1 hr as there was only one person for registration desk, they called token no. 371, i said to do registration for physician, but i was shocked when they said no physician is available and i should come next day. When i request them they asked me to go help desk. I told them that m not feeling well and request them to make a appointment and they helped me. After 15 minutes i was outside of a physician room. I was surprised that patients were coming there continously it means doctor was not available only for echs patients. After waiting for 30 minutes it was my turn till thn i was almost unconscious bcz there was no seat for me. Yes only for me. There were 3 chairs first 3 african citizens were sitting there may b one was patient. When a patient came after me the hospital staff asked one person to offer his seat to that lady patient. After watching me doctor asked me to go emergency and prescribed me some injections immediately. I requested him to admit me for further test as it was already 5 pm and my home is too far it will take 2 to 3 hr. And prescribed drip will take minimum 2hr more. As he was aware of my condition he talked with someone and called a wheelchair for me. At 5.30 i was on bed in emergency ward. I was feeling cold but nobody was attending me. After requesting two sisters twice a got a bedsheet after one hr. I requested sisters and assistant to send doctor to give me medicine for headache. After one hr the doctor came and i told him that nobody is attending me, even they have not started medicine. He said i gave them the second copy of prescription as they misplaced the original one. At 7 pm one person came and said there is no bed if i'll pay they will give me the prescribed medicine. I told them i have no money and i have echs permission to admit so they can admit me for one day and can give me treatment and can do required tests. The person didn't reply. After requesting every person in emergency ward to send some doctor. At 7.30 one junior doctor came and ask me the problem. I narrated the whole problem but every effort was in vain. I was unconscious or slept for 30 minutes. At 8 pm i got up from bed and searched the doctor who will attend me then one doctor asked me to go inpatient billing department. I went to that department and i had to narrate the whole story again. The person felt sorry for me and asked me to come on 11th november and thn he will arrange a bed for me in his hospital. Wat a great man! I was helpless as he said nobody is there to help me in the hospital. At 8.30 pm i booked a cab, took my bag and left the hospital after 5hr 30 minutes without any treatment.

I[censored] can pay cash or have money to waste thn u can go artemis but o[censored] hav insurance policy, echs or cghs card thn even don't dream to visit thr. I[censored] love yor patient thn plz avoid this hospital in any situation. If a person from social work organisation or from health ministry read this please cancel it's licence.
