[Resolved]  Artha Health Options Pvt Ltd — Avail the amount of Rupees 7 Lakh paid towards gold card membership

To, The Senior Officer Consumer Court, I had taken Gold Card membership from Artha Health Options Pvt Ltd starting from the year 2010/2011 for a period of 8 years. As part of the esteemed Gold Card membership they took 7 lakh rupees. They have given me health vouchers till the end of 2015 and travel vouchers till the end of 2015. I have utilized only two travel vouchers given by them in the year 2010/2011. I had one of the worst service during the travel. When i gave them the worst feedback after coming back and asking them to cancel the membership and return back the money, they never bothered to talk to me. I went to their office in Sheshadripuram and lodge a complainant they never took it seriously. Now after i came to know that the company is closed i would like to lodge a very strong complaint against them for the cancellation of the Gold card membership and return of the membership money of 7 lakhs. Can you help me in getting the money back from them. They should be punished to the highest possible level as they have cheated me to the core by forcibly asking me to pay the above amount in multiple installments. As proof i have all the paid receipts of the above amount and all their vouchers. Please do the needful in getting back my hard earned money.
