[Resolved] Artha Health Options — blackmailing

Recently I took two master health checkups from Artha. While taking Master health check up they told me it's cost around 3992 rupees and they deducted the same and they took my sign for the same amount. Next day they called me and telling to me, the deducted amount is for the processing fees, actually you took the Gold plane(this gold plan not at all discussing to me) u need to pay the 53000. ie life time. every year u need to pay the 53000, after that I quarreled with them over the phone..after that one manger is blackmailing me saying that just pay the amount for one year only ie 53000, so that we can remove your credit card numbers from my database.

Sir can you please help me from this people.

they have only one line[protected] mentioned every where and hardly any one picks that. I got to know that they are busy in renewing and closing the sales, but what about the service? I was able to connect after months for one appointment and bouncer is they don't have any affiliation for the appointment till 16 april 2013, then what about the list which they provided, I got robbed of Rs.5000, so please beware of any schemes from this company.
