I have ordered dry fruits through artradco site on 24th jan 2020 and made online payment vide transaction id: pay_e8oybld9irmyqg for rs. 249/- for order no. 6817 but the seller has not yet responded regarding the order, that is to say that they did not bother to provide any message regarding confirmation about delivering the said items. Finally, i had cancelled the order. But that too has gone in vain till date they are showing as cancel status without having any mail or message regarding cancellation of the order no. 6817. Therefore, i request you kindly to take appropriate action so that the artradco refund back my paid amount at the earliest i had sent mails to same company but no reply from their side till date.
