I have ordered 3 items vide order No.7516 dt.[protected] for the items namely Angoor (lal Munaka) 1 kg, Almond 250 gram, Walnut 250 gram total costing of Rs.1097/- . The amount has been paid through my credit card on 22nd March 2020. When I contacted the customer care number available on the site, they were trying to take my details like credit card number and even otp, but I didn't share my details. It seems that this is a fraud site making...

I ordered some dry fruits in this online e-shop, worth rs. 3959/- on 7th march, ref. Order no. #8210. Leaving the confirmation email i haven't received any other email or message regarding the order till date. These fraud criminals ate so much money, they must be jailed for life.
I request the government to take necessary actions against them and also request public to be aware from these online e-shoping sites.

I have ordered on artradco home and kitchen company for dry fruits and ordered 2 orders worth 1885rs.. They are showing processing status for many days and i cancelled the orders.. There is no response from them. I have mailed them many times but they are not replying.. Its a fake company i have been cheated.. Please anyone help me out of this. I need my money back.. Please anyone tell. A solution for this. Please...

Dry fruits was ordered with ID #7419 through online and payment was also been paid on protected gateway CCAvenue on 3rd March 2020. I used to call there number and send emails. But Phone is off and no reply over email too. its more then 48 hours and there was no answer from them. such online services should be considered as crime and conspiracy. I wish that my consumer complaint will be addressed and get resolved soon....

I have ordered dry fruits through artradco site on 24th jan 2020 and made online payment vide transaction id: pay_e8oybld9irmyqg for rs. 249/- for order no. 6817 but the seller has not yet responded regarding the order, that is to say that they did not bother to provide any message regarding confirmation about delivering the said items. Finally, i had cancelled the order. But that too has gone in vain till date they are showing as cancel...

This the details of order which was cancelled on[protected] but company didn't return my 4398 rupees till now i want company return my money and take strong action against them because this is a mental harassment to me people deposit little little amount for buying good product but such kind of company looted like fake identity so take strong action against...

I have ordered the item through artradco.in on 29th jan 2020 for rs 1657.00 vide order no 7063 but the seller has not yet responded regarding the order, that is why i have cancelled the order. Therefore, i request you kindly to give direction to artradco site to refund back my paid amount as they are neither providing me the said order not refunding the paid amount. Thanking you.
