I ordered two dry fruit items on Artradco.in on 27th Jan.'20 and online payment made through Debit card. Afterward I am not able to contact them and there is no contact details. Only one mail came from them saying "we've received your order #6974, and it is now being processed: " from mail id "Artradco.in " I feel now that it is FAKE site and I have lost my money. Can you help me in this issue please.

I ordered dry fruits vide order no 6650 on 21/01/2020 made payment through hsbc credit card of rs.1556/- till date no feed back from artradco for the order even reminder sent

I placed order for dryfruits by making payment through net banking on 16th Jan 2020. But product not delivered till date. Herewith I have enclosed transaction details (OTHPG 352580 ARSHBIR ENTERPRISES). Please resolve the issues.

Sir we are facing same issue with its copy site name homeandkichten. Online. Kindly share wether u have got ur money or products.
