I am deepak khandagale availed loan of rupees 12000 from hsbc on20/03/2006. The last installment was paid on 27/12/2008 as settlement of the loan. It was the responsibility of same bank to issue me no dues certificate. Till date they have not issued the same and showing my account active having outstanding of 6967 rupees. It total negligence on their part making my credit score poor in cibil. Why such harrasement is the bank doing. If they are willing to extract more money from me. I want this account closed immediately by the bank and show zero balance. Loan account number 019-741156-542....

Extra charges and late fees was charged without intimation for my hsbc credit card. Hsbc did not send messages with due date. Only bill generation messages received in couple of months. I dont know the bill due date as it was not communicated by hsbc in messages to registered number. Additional 750+taxes were charges for last two months in the name of late fees. Upon complaining the hsbc customer care making me hold call for long time and transferring to one another. And not resolving the issue or not providing the complaint number also. I want to close the card but next day again 750 +taxes charged...

Hello,

As requested by hsbc credit card division i couriered my kyc documents (For 43xx-xxxx-xxxx-6156) to chennai kyc cell through dtdc (Tracking number - h00440030) on 12 april, 2017 and got that delivered on 13 april, 2017. Even after submitting they blocked my credit card on 13 july, 2017 (After 3 months). Now i'm unable to make payment against my outstanding through visa transfer. I contacted the customer service regarding the same on 18 july, 2017 and then on 11 aug, 2017 and final one on 17 aug, 2017, no action has been taken yet. They are keep on charging additional 3.6%...

Dear sir/ madam,

I myself harsh nitin sompura using hsbc card no. 4862 6989 0718 8189 is been blocked due to payment issues. I would like to know when this block would be removed.

I would like to make a kind request whether some of my charges can be waived. As it was issue regarding communication i have not recieved hsbc bank's statement from the start date but was making payment as per my will.

The relation with hsbc bank is amazing and being empanelled with hsbc as an auditor for borrowing accounts kindly look into the matter and do the best you can...

Sir my credit no is 4862698908579204 without using, without activation of my credit card the statement recieved that payment due is Rs1666 more over i paid my outstanding amount i paid the outstanding amount in four days delay of the due date and for that Rs 400 charged apart from that Rs 1222 also charged more over myself reported that i have to pay the amount and also paid the dues so kindly arrange to close the card and don't know why to pay the Rs 1666/-...

Today i got an sms on my moblie from hsbc bank saying that my credit card was used gopher sports to the extent of usd 1072.98 for i have not done transaction like this either on my we or through email therefore it is misused to the extent of 1072.98 usd hence i am placing the amount under dispute for which i will not be in a position to pay. Please enquire in detail and kindly do the needfull please

I have applied for hsbc credit card on date 30-05-2017. An agent from intelinet global service pvt ltd. Has collected multiple document from me for id and address proof, salary slips and other relevant documents. I even got verification call from hsbc after 2 days. On 9-jun-17 i got mail from hsbc stating that my application is not inline with bank's credit policy and they are able to issue me credit card. If i again want to apply for credit card at hsbc i wait for 6 months.

Hsbc has rejected my application without giving any specific reason and on top of that they are asking me...

I am Amit Prakash Srivastava and using your Credit Card No. 4862698906841853. But I am very disappointed after seeing my Monthly Statement. You have charged Rs. 690/- ( Transaction Id. 001311) on 08th of May in PVR Ltd, New Delhi. But this transaction has been declined because due to lengthy process I was decided to but the ticket from the cash counter. So I was cancel the transaction and close this application but I was shocked when see that you deduct this amount from account.

Sir,
I Mrs A A Dhillon, holding a credit card of your bank, would like to bring to your notice that there was just one drop box at Vashi, which also has been closed down about a year back. Now, there is not even a single drop box in Navi Mumbai. Though, your site gives a lot of drop box addresses, but those have been closed down years ago. I am also aware of other options of payment, but I choose this option . My request is to reopen the vashi drop box, or atleast one place in Navi mumbai.

We have not received NEFT from HSBC bank into our Axis account no. 910020041688654 .The payment remitter is amazon (which remits payments to its sellers through HSBC).The payment was disbursed on 19.03.2017 & its been 18 days already & we have NOT received our payment yet.

This bank has first of all overcharged me. Provided wrong information about the same. Provides no proper customer support despite my multiple attempts they are not resolving my complaint raised over discrepancies in the payments taken from my account

Lazy HSBC portal and lazy and sluggish CEO of HSBC,
.You word has been a waste as it is giving me error of wrong expiry date despite entering correct mm yyyy in expiry.

In last one month my 7-8 transactions have declined and i have not been able to use my card no 4862698907194765

I have raised this issue to customer care and on emails, but HSBC ( lazy and in efficient) bank has done nothing to help.

I have mentioned this email on multiple website to let people know about poor services of HSBC card and HSBC bank....
