I have ordered dry fruits through artradco site on 29th jan 2020 and made online payment vide transaction id: 39r160604f097991r for rs 1657.00 for order no 7063 but the seller has not yet responded regarding the order, that is to say that they did not bother to provide any message regarding confirmation about delivering the said items. Finally, i have cancelled the order. But that too has gone in vain till date they are showing as cancel status without having any mail or message regarding cancellation of the order no. 7063. Therefore, i request you kindly to take appropriate action so that the artradco refund back my paid amount at the earliest. Thanking you.

I got a confirmation mail from artradco that order of Bajaj room heater has been received and delivery will be done soon.
But till now I haven’t received the product, I am trying to get their contact no or email id.
I think I this website is fraud.
