We have purchased a refrigerator on 28th march from artwinss digitech, bangalore and as per their policy, the product will be delivered within 10-15 working days. But unfortunately, we did not get the product delivered still. After multiple mail reminders, now the distributor is telling that the product will be delivered after 15th jun.

I would like to inform that a lot of items were purchased by me. it all depends on product availability. I have received all my products, some with delay, some without delay. However, one product was cancelled and i applied for refund and got my money back. I had no issues with this company at all.
