We have placed order on 7th june, 2016 its more then 1 month and my order id is - o. D.[protected]. After so many mail and all they are still saying product will be delivered soon but still not delivered. Seems like its fraud company because they were not sharing phone number and nothing. What should we need to do now?

We are disappointed to be called fraud after you having received products before.
However, we have a policy guideline that clearly states that in order to get in touch, you need to follow a protocol .
We also have records of telephonic conversations between you and artwinss team. You will soon receive a call or mail on this issue.
