I didnt mention about the point i missed the product.. I just mentioned about time taken in starting two month after ordering the product and also time taken for the refund.. For many ppl i have seen u just mention 10-15 working days and you pull it upto two or 3 months.. Thats not worth waiting.. That was the worst part of your service..

However, time frames and refund policies have been clearly mentioned and shared in policy guidelines.
Also, calling us fraud was very disheartening to hear from your end when this case was closed long back.
Anyhow, it has been escalated.
Necessary proofs have been recorded regarding the dispatch which contradicts your acquisition of the company being fraud.

Also, You failed to mention that when you got in touch with our head, you were dealt with extreme patience. To make it clear, post order, we communicated necessary information for over 2 months to the intermediate channel.We are not responsible to the information passed on was not clear.

I havnt mentioned that it is fraud.. Read my message properly.. I just wrote this message regarding what i have experienced..
We have taken this issue to our higher officials and you will receive a call soon.
We would like to notify and remind you that the product was delivered to your address 3 times. You were either not available to pick it up or mentioned the wrong address.
We would mail you in details as we have the necessary accounts and snap shots of delivery .
We regret the delay but the waiting period was well communicated and upon agreement only the order was placed.
