Arun Dev Builders — Land sales scam

Hi my father in law is also victim of arun dev builders jasana village faridabad land scam my father in law paid full amount they discussed with arun dev builders and registry was also done but they (Arun dev builders) refuse to give possession of the plot even when we asked about they told us nothing my father in law is retired from itbp he invest all his retirement savings to buy this but he lost his whole life hard earnings. Now we consider to lodge a case in consumer court against arun dev builders please suggest if there is any other way to get my (Father in law) money back.
