[Resolved]  Arun Dev Builders — Fraud by Arun Dev Builders

I booked a flat in Arun Dev's Bhiwadi project in the year 2009. I was promised that the posession will be given in 2 years, but so far nothing has been granted. The builder does not have any land over there, they are just fooling people. Finally i decided the cancel the booking and submitted papers for refund in August 2009. The builder promised to refund the money in 6 - 8 months but it has been two years now and i have only received 25000 after filing two complaints in the CR park police station. I request the C.R park police station and all the concerned legal departments to take appropriate legal action against these people and stop them from cheating other people. Their activities should be stopped immediately and they should be punished.
