Please refer to various complaints in past which remain unresolved.It appears to be nexus of authorities with builder.Manoj bhardwaj has manipulated to collect money and not developing the site by providing roads, land levelling, street lights, drinking water, sewerage and development of other facilities like boundary wall for security.One can not make house and live there.The builder must refund the money invested in 2006 with minimum 12%...

It is painful to point out that my wife mrs meena yadav and bhabhi ji kamla had taken a plot in 2007 at arundev city roorkee to settle down after retirement in a peaceful environment.The builder had assured the development of roads, lighting and boundary wall by 2010.However 19 years have passed but nothing exists.He has left the site and there is waterlogging due to the nallah/river on backside.Strict action may be taken against the builder...

I have booked a 2BHK cottage in that project in 2009 and paid Rs 2.00 Lakhs and got the allotment letter. But after that there is no response from builder after several persuasion....

I have booked a plot near haridwar from arun dev builders. Made all the payments and also the registry was done for the same its been many years that land is like wasteland and cant be developed. According to locals it gets filled with ganga water and cant be used for residential puropse.
They made us fool and taken our hard earned money. I want my money back.

We booked a unit measuring 100 sq yd/ sq ft on 30 nov 2006 in Arun dev builders’ housing project at Haridwar. Despite so many follow ups with the company, we were unable to get our flat. Hence we applied for Cancellation of our Registraion on 12 Feb 2011, but till date even after numerous follow ups thru personal visit at their C R park office and contacting thru calls, our Refunds including interest are still not paid by Arun dev...

I have purchased plot in Jasana Faridabad but still we didn't get possession, they always make excuse to deliver the plot. visited no. of time at their office in CR park, Okhla but all are useless. I have paid 6 Lac for the plot. I need refund of my payment with interest....

I had purchased one plot in jasana scheme of arundev builder, given payment of that, but neither company given plot or not refund money
I am still waiting, I had visited there kalka ji delhi office but no response

The below details are given on the website taht they have resolved out of 29Complaints 26 Complaints which is not correct.Please get it corrected and my 3 complains lodged are not resolved.

Honourable Consumer court ordered(835-836cdrf/2015-16dated 31010/2016) refund along with interest @10% from date of deposit (29/01/2007) Initial amount paid by me 407200/- vide rcpt no. 24502 for haridwar project. My refund is still incomplete.

Please provide redressal to number of Complaint to Arun Dev on the subject.What is the use of complaints if there is no redressal...

My wife Mrs Meena Yadav and Bhabhi Mrs Kamla were alotted a plot in 2007.The registry was got done.Even after 15 years of plot allotment no possession has been given and the plot lies in the river bed which is unsuitable for construction of house.As per RTI done Arun Dev did not obtain permission for urbanisation.It is agriculturalland got transferred directly from the agriculturist to the allottee taking his commission.Mr ManoJ bHARDWAJ HAS DONE CHEATING AND FRAUD INTENTIONALLY AND LIVING A LUXURIOUS LIFE LEAVING THE honest and hard earned money investors in problem.We got 150 Sq Metre plot alotted to live a pollution free life near the Patanjali Asharam.The hope has been shattered.We have paid Rs 6.00Lacs which becomes 18.00Lacs must be refunded or plot given in Gurgaon or Bhiwadi or Faridabad

Sir,
Till today we have not got refund of Rs. 35000/- against cancellation of 460 sq feet Flat in Mandawar Project Uttrakhand, against cancellation receipt no. 32388 dt. 04/Aug/15 as above flats not made till now.
Arun Dev Builder Employee Mr. Sonu Mob. No. [protected] has issued above receipt to us with his signature.Till now we have visited 8-10 times to Mr Sonu at Arun Dev builder
F -1211 Chitrenjan Park, New Delhi -110019 and met Mr. Sonu again last week Saturday dt. 19/02/22 for our refund but still waiting for it though he told us that he will transfer it to us till last Thursday dt. 24/02/22 against our bank a/c details send to him for RTGS / NEFT transfer.
Please do the needful to arrange for our above refund on priority, we are Sr. Citizens and are in need of above amount as we do not have pension.

Sir, i have registered a piece of land in Dehradhun in the year 2007. It is a project started by Arun Dev Builders Ltd.But after so many years i have neither received my promised land nor the amount being refunded. I request you to look into the matter they are neither responding to our phone calls.I have paide the amount via cheque.Plz look into the matter and either get my amount refunded along with interest and penalty or my land

Dear all as I know there is no benefit to complain in consumer court so want to share a news a from Arun Dev builder to that they are lanuching a new project in Agra and Mathura side and they are ready to compensate our amount that we have paid in 2006. If any body wants to contact me just mail me my mail address [protected]@gmail.com. if we will meet together and put the pressure on builder than may be builder will give us a new plot or flat in Agra and Mathura with compensation of amount that we have paid 16 years ago.

Advance paid rs 340000- in yr 2006/07
for 2 plots in Haridwar allotted by Arun Dev builder .
But builder not giving possession til date.
So I request to return back my money with interest.

I also booked the plot in Arun dev builder project but I did not get any flat I have paid nearly 169000 but till today u have not received my money back with interest.

Hello! My name is arungaeshan. This is for payment issue. I was applying the application form for aai exam in online. I have paid rs 187 (Date:7/01/2021) through your billdesk for application fees the amount was debited but still i have not received any confirmation sms / email from the aai officials. My complaint against Arun Dev Builders. My father book flat in Bhiwadi project & we were submitted more than 2 lakh as a instalment but still we have not received any flat. Neither they giving back our money.

Arun Dev Builders is fraud builder.

Hi my father is also victim of arun dev builders jasana village faridabad land scam my father paid 95 percent amount they discussed with arun dev builders. But plot is on farmer agriculture land i need our money back but they all staff not response to my father even when we asked about they told us nothing my father is bp high patient and invest his hard money. Now we consider to lodge a case in consumer court against arun dev builders please suggest if there is any other way to get my (Father) money back.
