Arun Dev Builders — Paid for plots but not not allotted

1494 SP Mukherjee Marg Delhi 110006

Advance paid rs 340000- in yr 2006/07
for 2 plots in Haridwar allotted by Arun Dev builder .
But builder not giving possession til date.
So I request to return back my money with interest.
