Arun Kumar — complaint regarding stray dogs

The occupants of house no.165 block g sector 44 noida has been keeping 5 to 6 dogs.
Not even a single dog carries a token or licence all are stray dogs and are feeded by the above residant.
The dogs roams freely in the street and terorise every passerby. There is a great
Danger of getting bitten.
Therefore please take necessary action immeidately as it is becoming difficult for us to live without fear.
