Aryabhangy Honda — very bad service for my honda activa

I gave my honda activa for service to the aryabhangy honda, pulinchode branch. The next day, they called me and said that the service was over. I went to collect the vehicle one day after.
When i tried starting the bike, i found that the self-start was not working. When i pointed it out, they took the bike for checking again and after some time reported that the battery had gone down. The person in charge admitted that he might have left the vehicle on for the entire previous day. They asked me one more day to check the bike again.
The next day i received a call saying that battery was indeed down. I asked them how this could have happened as they themselves had done a battery check the day before and had reported the battery to be fine. They said these kinds of things happen. I complained to the customer service head, but he seems to be even worse than the regular employees — he did not even hear my part but immediately started defending the employees. This is the worst customercare i have seen so far.
