same thing happens with me they are doing business to shell their product. local garage saying that can be fix with in 500 rupess but service center saying replace the product. like my bike self start was not working i gave to service center

After 4 day self start was not working i went to service center again and
without checked they told replace mottor(2500) what is this????????. First you should check. same thing can be fixed in 500 rs.
My understanding service centers Technicians are bull ####. A big Zero. I am coming to Service center with Hope but you are use less compare to local garage and simply change the product. beware friends.

Myself is Thomas from Bangalore. I had purchased Access 125 from Aryan Suzuki, Domlur, Bangalore during 2014 and since then I am giving for service to them with average periodic interval of 3-4 months. I have given my Suzuki Access 125 for general service in Aryan Suzuki service centre, Domlur 2 months back. Prior to service, my scooter engine sound was normal. They told that they have replaced the engine oil and I was charged for that . To my surprise, after just couple of moths the vehicle, all of a sudden, stopped while driving . God's grace, nothing happened to me . Though I had a serious doubt about authenticity in their servicing during past several occasions, it became crystal clear only this time.. I decided to consult another service person this time. Believe it or not, the engine oil in my vehicle was totally black like coal. I was told by the new consultant that they have never changed the engine oil at least past one year or more but billed me for that each time .Add to this, every time time they kept on changing one or other part of my vehicle citing some or the other reasons They are removing healthy spare parts of my vehicle and replacing with damaged/faulty spare parts.
First incident: I gave the vehicle to service in Aryan Suzuki Ramagondanahalli, after 3 days my vehicle speedometer wire cut. When I took the vehicle to service center they told cable worn out and put new one and charged around 800+ rs. Before giving the vehicle to service everything was properly.
Seconds incident: I gave the vehicle to service as usual service due. week after service now kick start and self start both are not working.. They are doing pathetic service and charged customer heavily.
