I had given my access 125 for 3rd service on 16/05/18 and after taking delivery i found that my bike rpm was rising by itself which never happened in previous 2 services, i took my bike on 17/05/18 by 13:30 and asked to reduce the idling in my bike, some person who attended me said it will take only 15 min to rectify and after a quit waiting mr. Prakash had come and asked me the issue and asked to wait for an other 15 min, i had been waiting for more than 40 mins and asked about the progress of my bike and i myself went and checked the service area and found the issue was as the same i had got and asked the mechanic to reduce idling but he refused in such a rude way i still insisted to reduce than he did and asked me to go downstairs and wait to get my bike down, i again had been waiting for aryan suzuki mins even after the work had been done and asked the manager mr. Satish to look in to the delay he dint even bother to talk to me until i lost my patience and started yelling.
If it takes 1 hr to only reduce the idling than i suggest you please shut down the service center and stop cheating people on the name of service as you people dont have professional and experienced mechanics not professional behaving managers. Was this information helpful? |
