I had given my access 125 for 3rd service on 16/05/18 and after taking delivery i found that my bike rpm was rising by itself which never happened in previous 2 services, i took my bike on 17/05/18 by 13:30 and asked to reduce the idling in my bike, some person who attended me said it will take only 15 min to rectify and after a quit waiting mr. Prakash had come and asked me the issue and asked to wait for an other 15 min, i had been waiting...

I gave my suzuki access bike servicing here, i said, i need all damages parts has to be replaced including entire servicing. They said, they want one week time to do all these things including insurance check and all.

For servicing, i have explained them the issues are like, mileage meter is not working, center stand has to be replaced, side mirror screw damaged and this has to placed.

Acharya, i purchased new suzuki access 125 just 3 days ago, in your ramagondanahalli branch ones i apply the brakes, even on 40kph, to 50kmph i have bad vibration on my bike handle, i visited your varthur branch yesterday regarding this complaint issue but they said everything is perfect & sent me back but itis very difficult to dive a bike in this condition, i request you to resolve this issue in priority of this complaint is common then i am very sorry i am not happy to continue driving this bike.

You can refund me the amount i will look into some other bike.
