Asansol Railway Station — i faced misbehave of safai karamchari at asansol station

Dear sir / madam
I am going to howrah thru bagh express a1 (2nd ac) today 17.02.18 at 8.35 am at asansol station four safai karamchari come inside the coach and starting speaking abusing word with my family i tried to convince them then they started fighting and told me that "jyada bologe to yahin per utar lunga koi bhadwi police bachane nahi aayega yahan hum logo ka raj chalta hai".
Sir i am very unhappy and sad with this incidence occurred with me and my family. Please help me in this regard so that no other passenger could face such problem in future.
