[Resolved]  Ashish — Payment

Dear Sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that I had deposited a cash of Rs200/- on Reliance retail outlet DSM mobile GF-12, Khazana Market, Ashiyana Lucknow on dated 27 jan against my CDMA mobile No [protected] bill of Rs192/- . At the time of deposited a cash they said that there server was not working so they credit the cash amount within a day or two. When I received a bill of Jan-Feb I came to know that the said amount was not credited in my account as they add the previous with penalty. My wife had already visited there many times each time their staff was making a commitment that it will credit within a day or your penalty will be waived off but it was not done till date. I had deposited a cash of this month bill. Today also they said that by 6PM it will be done but nothing had been done till now. DSM people are harrasing us for a small amount, I want that should be penalized for their action That’s is the mail which I had send on 3 of March & after telephonic conversation it was assured that my bill will be rectified, But after I month It was again added on bill. Now I had stopped using your services from last 1 month, Please rectify my bill so that I can make your Payment. Regards Ashish [protected], [protected]
