    Issue with Jio Air Fiber Refund

    On July 8th 2024 I had paid INR 1, 000 for Jio Air Fiber connection.

    The connection team had promised me that wifi connection will be provided within a day but disappeared after the deposit amount was paid.

    Since, I was a working professional I had to reluctantly opt for a local wifi.

            They are allowing some of the ladies from from and some o[censored]s need to come all the way from back although there is a huge rush.

            Is there anything which is depend on driver's mood & choice, please declare this in public if not then rule should be same for everyone.

            I want the serious resolution in this, these buses are owned by State government and this kind of moody behaviour is not acceptable of the driver & conducter.
