Dear Sir,
We booked flat in Palm City, Wardha Road, Nagpur in Oct, 2011 and completed Agreement to sale in June 2013.
As per agreement builder was supposed to handover the possession within 2 years. But still the work is not completed and builder not giving details on possesion of flat.
We have visited Ashtavinayak developer so many times bot not getting any positive response.
We have already paid nearly 80% of the amount to builder which includes 20% down payment and remainng 60% from bank loan.
Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt. Ltd has already defaulted in its commitment which had caused hardship, metal torture and financial loss.
Request you to please look into the matter.
