An agreements to sell signed between Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd and the undersigned viz Mr Milind M Dafade in FY 2009-10 where in Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd had agreed to sell Plots no 17,18,19,20,21,22,23&24 at Ashtavinayak’s layout viz Indigo on Wardha Nagpur road to Mr Milind M Dafade.

At the time of Purchase, It was informed by Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd through Mr. Ajay Jaiswal - Managing Director Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd and also by his representative Mr Kiran Chaudhari, Sr Sales Manager that the plots would be handed over to me in the first quarter of 2010. As per the terms of agreement, I had already discharged by set of liability by depositing all the installments due and payable as per the agreement. A total amount of Rs 16, 50,134/- (Sixteen lacs fifty thousand one hundred thirty four) has been deposited Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd. I had send repeated reminders during the last 3 years and number of calls was also made to Mr. Ajay Jaiswal - Managing Director Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd and his representative Mr Kiran Chaudhari, Sr Sales Manager but no satisfactory reply has been received till date. In the last meeting with Mr Girish Jaiswal Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt ltd on 26th December 2012, wherein he had promised to peruse the case on fast track and complete the formalities within 45 days and ensure completion of all the formalities regarding registration of Plot. However, in response to my call on 15th February he again assured to complete the formalities within 20 days post which you would be handing over the plots to the rightful owners. Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt. Ltd is repeatedly deployed tactics of misinforming about the status of registration of plots. Ashtavinayak Developers Pvt. Ltd had already defaulted in its commitment number of times which had caused hardship, metal torture and financial loss.
