Dear Sir,
We booked flat in Palm City, Wardha Road, Nagpur in Oct, 2011 and completed Agreement to sale in June 2013.
As per agreement builder was supposed to handover the possession within 2 years. But still the work is not completed and builder not giving details on possesion of flat.
We have visited Ashtavinayak developer so many times bot not getting any positive response.
