Ashwini — Date of Birth not matching with SBI account number

I'm trying to register on YONO app for which I need to provide my account number and DOB. But on providing the details I'm getting the response as account number and DOB are not matching and I need to visit my home branch. I stay in other city and visiting home town is not possible. So I request you to provide me the solution for the same.
