Dear Sir,

After repeated followup with Asian Bigbazaar, i m not getting any satisfactory solutions from there end.
Please find the attached revert they had sent, where they clearly mentioned twice that they will update me on refund by 12th May.
even on 12th Morning i reminded them on mail that do the refund and confirm me as earliest.
But there was revert on it till now.
request you to help me out in this.

Dear Team,

Please find update received from ABB on 18th May'18 where they told me that they will send me the payment plan by 21st May'18. Till date i had not received a single rupee from them. (image as attached)
also ABB Managers / Directors are not updating me on the same.

as per mail dated on 18th May'17, i m supposed to get an update on my refund by yesterday but still not received update on it.

Dear Sir,

as per asian bigbazaar mail dated 23rd May'17, i m supposed to get my refund status by 25th May'17.

From 25th May'17, i m reapeatadly posting mails and putting request on there customer care about the payment staus.

Noone till now given me the revert on it.

Need your intervention to solve it.

    I have attatched the product i ordered from Asian Big Bazaar. It was ordered on 30th December, 2016. I was told that it will be shipped by the end of January 2017. But it was not shipped. On telephoning the customer care, i was told that it had been sent for lab testing and the shipment of the product will be delayed.
    After a few weeks, i inquire again. They mentioned the same proglem.
    On asking them again after a few weeks, they said that there is a problem with the order i made and offered me to choose another product of the same price, which i did.
    But there was no news of its shipment. On inquiry, they mailed me that it will be shipped by 5th May, 2017.
    I have mailed them inquiring about the product, but no response.
    Today ie. 12th May, 2017, i tried calling the customer care and other numbers they used to call me from, but the operator answered saying that "it is temporarily out of service".

    Kindly, i urge you to inquire my complaint and make them send me the product i ordered worth 40000 rupees as soon as the soonest possible.

    Today is the 16th of May, 2017. Even after four days after the complain, there has been no update from Asian Big Bazaar either through e-mail or phone calls.
    Why are they not reported to the police even after so many complaints against them?

    Yet again, i was mailed that the product be sent on or before 16 June, 2017. Today is the 20th of June, 2017 and still no news of the product being sent. The order was made on 30th December, 2016.

      This is inform you that First i have got a call from Asian Bigbazaar in May 2015..As per them they told me first please deposite 99 rupees and you will get 200 rupees ..that i had done and i got also..Again after some day i got a phon call from your them that please deposite five thousand rupees and you will receive a double amount and what ever you want you can purchase ...but that not happened..they told me it is for contest..But my wanting was a micomax yuphoria mobile set..So after that they told me give another 5000 rupees for contest..so my requirement was two Micromax yuphoria set ..so as told by them that i will receive a good prize in our contest (3c).I come to their ward and deposite 19000 rupees for my mobile and contest...but after 2month i got my product ..and again i got a call from them that you have won a prize that MARUTI ALTO K10..and for that you have to give the 14 % of your prize that is 53200 rupees...but didn't agree in that time .they try to convince me but i asked for assured mail from them...but they told me that once you deposite 53200 rupees then it will come to you automatically.. According to them I deposited 53200 rupees through PAYTM get way..But i got the same mail that your nomination has been conformed.against my assured mail...After that i contact again to them..they told me please give your document and photo then we will send you the assured mail..Again i send my document immediately...but after 10 days i got a call from you that you are our winner of MARUTI ALTO K10 .and for that you have to give 59800 rupees for insurance, registration and Deport charges...I just ask them that you are cheating with me bcz what ever you have told you not full fill...So how can i give such this type of Big amount whether i have already given you 53200 rupees. After some days
      Mr.Sandeep Singh told me that i won MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO K10 in the second slap contest and again they told me that again i have to deposit 49736..which is for the insurance, registration, deport and other charges.and i convince also to give.but they told to deposite the amount in the bank account through NIFT ...but i told to them that i will proceed through paytm how i deposited earlier.they told yes also.but when i go through it was in error.so they told me to give it through the getway through AMAZON.but there also had also an error..So i asked them i will not deposit in your company bank account..so they told me we havent any option.and you can quit .so i told also yes i will quit but I want to return money which i deposited that is 53200 for contest.but he is saying that no we will give this amount product.But I didn't agree ...so again after some days Mr.Sandeep singh called me and ask the same that please deposit 49736 through there Acc ..and I also deposited the same in there Bank of India Acc no which is the Name of V and R BROTHER E COMMERCE PVT.LTD.So totally I have have paid 1, 02200 Rupees till sept 15 2015.which is already 1year and 7months..In between I have many follow up through Mail and phone..but they have always given me the assurance...But now from some days back there all phone no is not connecting and no reply from them in mail also..Here I have attached the copy of my Transaction also..

      So my humble request to you please help me to refund my Total Money of 102200 rupees as soon as possible ..I don't need any deal with them further

      This is Rajendra Mahto from Ranchi, Jharkhand, I have paid Rs61000 for Samsung 40Inch Smart LED TV 40K6300 on Jan17, but till now item not delivered, on contacting several times, they asked for my a/c no. for refund of money back, but till to date money has not been refunded.Plse check the authenticity of this certificate given with the products.

        Dear Sir,
        My customer id is ABB1556 which is running in contest deal for wheel under Asian big bazaar. First of all I want to say that I has several proof to prove that Asian Big bazar is a fraud site. First call which was come to me from Ritesh on 26 November 2015, he was saying that your points is higher in shopping, so our company giving u alto car. Now u just have to make a payment of 21000 to claim the car. After that Sandeep Singh called me and said that u have to pay 51000 to upgrade it to 1st price. After some days a call come from different person saying that I m Kabir calling from Asian Big Bazaar, he said that u have to pay rs. 100000 towards car insurance and registration charges. I pay all the charges within the time given by them.then they said you have to pay the service tax towards the car which is 105000 after that they booked the car in my name, i paid that amount too. after 3 months after some days again a call come from Samrat Singhania saying himself manager of Asian big bazaar, he said that u r selected for 1st prize so u have to pay rs. 90000 as you are not qualify for 1st slab and there are shortage in shopping points. they took that amount from me, after that Mr Navin Thakur called me again verified my amounts post which they confirmed that i m the winner for 1st slab and there will be no further formalities, post that after 3 months these people again called me and said company given last chance to buyers to upgrade there shopping points, and there is other buyer had paid higher amount for 1st slab, Mr Navin Thakur called me and told me that your have increase your shopping points for that you have to pay 210000 and paid that amount too. post which they said contest location is finalised and they are inviting Hritik Roshan for the event, 3-4 months they just told that meeting and venues are not getting fixed, post that Mr Navin Thakur called me and told me that congratulation your Swift car is booked and it is top end model and will share you the details of it shortly. after this communication these both Samrat singhania & Navin Thakur was not available for communication, i had sent several mails & request at customer support team but no one provide the satisfactory reply on this, It is also inform u that Mr Sandeep Singh from past 4 months.

        Mr Sandeep Singh, manager of Asian big bazar, also giving product details and assured me that it will reach to me with 15 days, its almost 4 months i received 3 products out of 11. They postponed their contest date again and again, now don't know when it should be conducted.
        Till now from from begining I paid rs. 670, 000/- out of which order of around rs. 200000/- is received remaining and rs. 470000/- orders still pending

        I have all the payment details and recordings of conversation between me and Asian big bazar

        I had also sent the letters to there directors Varsha Belwal / Ranjan Pathak 6months back but they not reverted on it too.

        every time they assuring on mail that they will look into it and concern person get back to you but no one from team call back and provide me the information.

        i had putting request from last 5 months to customer care that arrange the call from Mr Sandeep Singh for contest update.

        but not getting update on it.

        Plz protect me from such a cheap site as they are using us and our valuable money.

        After posting the complaint on 3rd may'17 i m trying to get in touch with asian bizaar for my refund amount, but from since then till now all there line shows as disconnected, and there is no one available for communication.
        I have to buy a car on this weekend and this this money for it.

        Dear Sir,

        This referernce to my complaint ID [ID: 1561176] was raised on 5th May'17, i m continously following up with Asian Bigbazaar for my refund, but all there lines got disconnected even they not responded on mails, please find the attached mails screenshots where i requested them for my money as requested them to refund my money on priority as i have to book my car on saturday.
        Whole Saturday i was trying to reach them but there numbers (Customer Care no[protected] / 30145841 / 65001937 / 65001944 / 30145846 / 30145835 / 30145852 / 30145868, ) are not contactable all this numbers are got disconnected,

        Due to Asian Bigbazaars negligance on my matter, i lost my deal and not able to book my car.

        Request you to take strongly action against them and please help me to take my money back from them.

                Sir I purchased an item worth rs. 20, 000 from Asian Big bazaar..That was a gold diamond necklace...I paid wholemoney online...But it has been about 4 - 5 months now, the product has not been delivered neither have I received any call or messages from ABB...i want my product or the money back...They are a fraud company and I will have to take legal action against them if they do not ..Pls solve my problem...

                  Again they convict me to talking about film star. Instead to give money to Film star. That Asian big bazar given us prizes...

                          They telephoned me to enter a contest.
                          They asked to buy their product first to enter a contest.
                          Then asked me to buy product worth 80, 000 rupees for winning a car, since we have to spend at least 10% of the car's amount.
                          Next thing i know, there are complaints about them everywhere on the internet in the same matter.
                          People not getting their prizes, but loosing their money or receiving a product not worth the amount paid.

                          I urge you to make immediate inquiry before any more of this happens.

                              But my experience i got a call u won boke in deal for wheel contest u need to pay 10k for ur points increase soo i argued and finally i paid after 5day they called me and ask 20 for bike register after few day they told u won swift car ir in1st position pay 80thousand money u will be conformed wht the proof i have and after book 3month after i got pandent that to very very low quality thry took i for only 3k i am totally in losss
                              This company is fake they ill not give any car or bike simply dont pay money by paying ur self can get a good car r bike without any tension soooooo plz dont pay any money and for 20k product they asked me only 4k wt is this very low quality of diamond... I want justice

                                Hi, myself Deepak Digarse, I got a call from Asian big bazaar they told me that u r the lucky winner as u shop online and got 85 points because of which u have been selected as our top 10 customer and you can win many prizes our first prize is Suzuki swift second is Alto k10 and third is Bajaj pulsar 200 this are the top three prizes and the rest seven customers will get prizes of worth 30000 to 50000 and these are assured prizes there is no lucky draw for this all the 10 customers will get a prize of minimum value of rupees 30000. After telling all this they told me to order a product from there site to register and to conform the prize then I purchased a combo jope hill of worth 2500. After two days again I got a call & he was saying that you are selected for Alto k10 but your point is law so you have to make a payment of Rs.20000 for points increase, So I made this payment. After some days a call come from different person saying that I’m calling from Asian Big Bazaar, he said that u have to pay Rs.53000 towards car insurance and registration charges. I pay all the charges within the time given by them. Now after some days again a call come from Asian big bazaar saying himself manager of Asian big bazaar, he said that u r selected for third prize so u have to pay Rs. 120000 towards usi generation and he also said that contest prize will be given after this. So I refuse to pay any money because I’m not reach. it is noted here that they all said that you will receive equivalent amount of product that u had paid till now, so I waited for my order to be completed. Still I’m waiting for my product.
                                I have all the payment details and recordings of conversation between me and Asian big bazaar if you are not resolve my issue as soon as possible then I can go to consumer forum to raise my compliant.

                                  I want to raise complaint against this fraud online shopping site (asian big bazaar). as per my experience this company is really fraud. this company did rob the money from the innocent people. they are registered as a online shopping site but actually they making fraud on the name of online shopping. they declared me as a winner of their 3c car contest but they are not providing my celero car that i won accordingly to them. they also took some money from me for the noc of that car as i am winner of it. they told me that as soon i give them noc amount they will give me car. i paid all the noc amount requested by them but they are now doing fraud as they did with other people. around 10, 500 amount is still pending in their account that is the part of noc amount paid by me. i need my car, 10, 500 rs with interest, 5, 501 (this amount is pending for the correction in my laptop bill) & 3000 rs for additional warranty that they didn't provided to me. this fraud company's total liability towards me is one car + 19501/- with interest.

                                  Now i am going to explain my laptop bill issue here. i only asked them to send laptop. they promised me to provide that laptop in 25, 000 with 2 years additional warranty (accidental warranty included in this amount) but they also sent rebook kit to me with laptop. as i only ordered laptop so i sent emails to them so shama (employee of this fraud company) called me & requested me to accept all these products. she told me that why are you worring about all these things as we are going to give you our first price (celeron car).
                                  For laptop & rebook kit i got 35, 500 rs bill that was deducted from the amount available in this fraud company's account (my pending money in their account for the noc & other transactions for the car). i called to shama & asked the price of rebook kit, she told me that rebook kit is for mrp 4, 999rs. i asked her that why did you generated bill of 35, 500 if rebook kit is 4999. my bill should be 25000 (laptop)+ 4999 (rebook kit)= 29999. after discussion on call she promised me that she will change my bill to 29, 999 & will return my money back in my account but it (35, 500-29, 999=5, 501) is still pending for correction.

                                  I also asked her to provide additional warranty to me as she promised in 25, 000. i made several calls to this fraud company & one day pawan called me that he will return 3000 rs for the additional warranty as he is unable to provide additional warranty to me & he also promised me that he will make required changes in my laptop bill. no resolution till now.
                                  Sandeep & shama both declared me as a winner of celero car but company is not providing the same to me. there are some other small issues but i want you to resolve my car issue & pending amount issue first.
                                  I want to stop this company to make fraud with the people. please suggest if i can print the stories of frauds done by this company so that everyone will be aware about the frauds of this company & ignore this company. if people will ignore this company than this fraud company will lost out of this world.

                                  Please let me know if you need more information on it as i only provided short information to you. if you can't resolve this issue than please siggest my next step to take this fraud company to court. thanks...

                                  I also have more issues like you didn't give me car that you told me that I am winner of 3C car contest. This pending 10, 500 is the part of NOC amount that I paid you after you confirmed me that I am winner of that car. Issue related to laptop bill is still pending if you correct that bill then your liability will increase by 3000rs. One more issue related to gift coupons/vouchers, you didn't sent my prices mentioned in the gift vouchers that I already sent you via email. Please resolve all these issues. First transfer my pending amount with interest than correct the laptop bill & refund me 3000 rs. Than send my prices to me for which I already sent gift coupons to you.                                     They called me on 26 th august and made me order a suiting worth 1500 to get registered in contest and promised me u will get gift like 1 st prize swift 2 nd price alto k10 and so on . Today i got a call from them they said u have won alto k 10 and u have to pay 20000 to get car but i have not paid 20000. I want them to cancel my order no.[protected] and give 1500 back. This company is a fraud and if they don't pay me i will send legal notice. You have time till monday otherwise on tuesday you will recieve legal notice. Don't take me lightly my uncle is a lawyer and he is very good in handeling fraud company.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      With referrence to my previous complains, i am not receiving my products till now. They offer me that i am the winner of alto k10 car as my purchasing power is good thats why its increases my points to win alto k 10. Till now i made payment above rs. 218490/- and the order value they fulfilled is still below 131500/-against my order of rs. 218490/-. Now, their all contacts number also got disconnected.

                                      This company cheated many people. Plz save us from these companies and take legal actions against them

                                      dear sir,
                                      this is referrence to my previous complain dated 20.08.2016 which was still not resolved. They doesn's take even a single step to resolve it . My order still pending on their hand sinch last 2yrs or more. Plz take necessary action in this regard as my order value near about 1 lacs and also imposed interest & penalty on them as per market conditions.

                                      asain big bazaar such a fraud comapny which is still, after several complaints, not delivered my order as of now. This consumer forum also not helping me.. and this fraud company continue to cheat indian society... till now my product pending showing above 1 lacs since january 2016.. They doesn't taken even a single step to resolve it.. After several call & several complaints they unable to delivered my order.. what i should do in this case.. plz help

                                        I complain earlier but they did not reply and I submit a complain here but you do not take any action for my complain. They can call me for contest and told me registered with their site and they give me assured and I purchase a optima watch 1200 after that they again call me and told that your point is less make a purchase of 10500 and we will give you pulser 200cc bike. but I did not give them money but they do not return my 1200 rupess. please take action and refund my money please.
