Asian Institute Of Gastroenterology — less number of cash counter at morning time

I have visited hospital with my cousin at 8 am. There was just one lady at the counter collecting cash and payments. Took 40 mins for that. There was server down.

If this is the case how will patient be treated.
The mgmt team must take this into consideration.
I have seen employees also using personal phone on counter.
