Doctors are very unprofessional

My mother in-law rushed to AIG Gachibowli along with me, on her feet. She was suffering from stomach pain due ascites.
We rushed to emergency ward, there doctor admitted her, with oxygen mask. And stated she is doing well and improving, after around 4 hours they said that, we need to install ventilator and asked for our consent, I argued stating she came on her own feet and now you are asking for ventilator support how it can be possible,...

My mother was admitted to the ICU, and throughout the night, the nurses were giggling. When asked to be quiet, they responded that it's always like this here. We can't be quiet in the ICU. Even at 3am and 4am, the nurses behaved the same way. The ICU is supposed to be a place where patients recover from surgery, but here, patients are not treated with the care they deserve.
Once transferred to a regular room, the nurses were unhelpful and inattentive. It took about an hour to receive medication after the doctor's prescription, and requests for hot water were delayed by two hours, despite repeated reminders. Everyone seemed to be constantly on their phones, laughing all the time.
While some doctors are excellent, others are arrogant. I would advise considering other hospitals for treatment and only consulting doctors here. The situation is truly disappointing.

      I admitted my mother with inteftion due to surgery and patient was given a room and then shifted after a day. Now she is in ICU and i was misinformed that she is being shifted to MICU but when I came and found out that she is still in ICU 801. WHY THIS MISMANAGEMENT, THE SECURITY LADY PERSONNELS PRESENT THERE ARE OF NO USE, ONLY GIGGLING AND ALWAYS ON THE PHONE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING, CANT TELL IF DOCTOR COUNSELING IS DONE OR NOT. PAYING LAKHS OF RUPEES BILLS AND STILL ASKING FOR 24X7 ATTENDANT, THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IS WORST THEY DENY TO PROVIDE THE BARE MINIMUM SERVICE LIKE PROVIDING URINE POT, BATH WIPE OR HELPING WITH WALKING. HAVE TO REQUEST THEN ONLY THEY WILL DO THEIR ASSIGNED JOB. WORST HOSPITAL.BE READY TO BE LOOTED ONCE YOU ADMIT YOUR PATIENT HERE.

        Today we come for visit the hospital for my report. When we asked Doctor's PA for meeting to doctor, He say doctor is not available, but doctor is in their cabin. He say come after 2/3 hours, now we are still waiting from 3 hours . But no one is here. We have 68yrs old lady patient and 14 years old boy, we are still waiting for meeting to the doctor.their behaviour was so rude and bad. He talked very badly. His name is Narendra
        He is PA of Doctor MD. ZAHEER MD, DNB.

        Manegement and staff are not good.

              My father had a Gall bladder Surgery on April 9th in AIG hospital Gachhibolli, Hyderabad.

              Now for the surgery he got admitted to hospital on 7th April and they delayed the procedure by almost 2 days, delay reason they provided patient was not stabilsed.

              On 9th Surgery happened and it went successful he was on his sence in an hour. So we are happy and thought he could be discharged by 10th after a day of observation. On 10th one cardiologist came for a normal round and checkup. He declared my father heart beat is abnormal asked me to readmit him. So again I had to admit him, he was in ICU for more than 24 hours. On 11th night he was discharged from ICU and sent to individual cabin in the 7th floor at late night. So we stayed in cabin on 11th night.
              On 12th morning a general physician came and asked him to stay for a day and he will be discharged by 13th. On 13th morningbthe same physician wrote a discharge letter for my father.

              Now while doing discharge formalities, I came to know I have to pay 40 k from my own pocket as my father stayed in hospital 3 days extra (11th, 12th and 13th April) than usual package mentioned in my insurance.

              I was shocked how come its not covered in insurance?
              I spoke to hospital manager. He said, "sir you can claim this post hostilization bill" it will be refunded by insurance company. Since I was in hurry i paid 40k and got the discharge formalities done on 13th April 2022.

              So by April end I claimed to insurance company for 40k, insurrance company rejected my calim by saying they need a supporting document from hospital on extra 3days stay 11th, 12th and 13th April. Till today hospital is not providing any relevant documents to insurance company on the same. I am fedup of calls and mails now I want to take a legal action against AIG hospital. Pls help me to do so through your channel, I will be greatful.

                I am patient of Dr anand v kulkarni sir. I am suffering from some health issue i raised a mail to Aig hospital. They are telling that they will forward it to dr sir but i didnt get answer to my mail till the date. What happens if the patient faces any severe issues. The staff is very irresponsible

                  Heartbreak treatment from Dr. Raghvendra Yarlagadda

                    Dr. Raghavendra Yarlagadda
                    MD, DM (Gastro)
                    Consultant Gastroenterologist

                    I went AIG for my treatment, and I thought Dr. Raghavendra Yarlagadda would be the best for me. He was quite ok when I was there, but after returning in my country I tryed to contract with him and asking for help regarding the side effects of my medication which he prescribed. But he was not so cooperative by providing with me a single information regarding this just because I am Bangladesh? Is this my fault?. Is this humanity? even his assistant was not so helpfu. It brokes my heart badly. I am not discouraging anyone not to go there because, the treatment is good. But International patients support is not so good at all of Dr. Raghavendra Yarlagadda.

We went there hoping that the symptoms we've been experiencing for so many years would go away if we told them, but we resisted the doctor for the wrong treatment they gave us.
                    With such misbehavior, they closed our file and called the next patient inside.When we go to such a big hospital to diagnose and cure ailments, when all is well, only such bad doctors tarnish the name of the institute and tarnish the hospital.
                    Dr. raghvendra yarlagadda are black spots in medical sciences. The manner in which they treat the patient inhumanely weakens the self-esteem of everyone and does not beautify the doctor at all. They are the worst doctors I've ever seen.My humble appeal to the director and all the management of the hospital is to take immediate and stern action against such doctors.

                      Didn’t allocate a room for more than 12 hours after he got operated around 9 AM in the morning .
                      The patient struggled after being operated and not shifted to a room .
                      We have scheduled this surgery well ahead of the operated date with the hospital .

                        This hospital treat the patient in a pathetic way, the dietician is a crap there, donno what is the patient condition and what diet should give. They literally loot the money by wasting time. Irresponsible management, irresposible doctors etc. Such a worse hospital ever seen till date

                          Car parking at AIG hospital Gachibowli

                          There is a huge problem for parking a car when we come for treatment. Especially when my wife, 65 years self drives a car to get me treated in op, inspite of having an appointment, we have to go back home a couple of times. It is really pathetic. If you can organise a valet service at the main gate or have a reserved parking for senior citizen and woman drivers, it will be a great help. We don’t mind paying for the services....

                            Patient ko sharing room diya gya, Lekin surgery ke bad patient ko urin ke liye box available nhi karwaya gya, kyunki system m payment upload nhi hua tha. Pahle payment complete karne par hi box available karwaya jayega. Attender ka contact number sabhi branch me liya jata hai uske bad bhi patient ko pareshan kiya gya. Jabki payment complete tha.

                                Though doctors asked to shift the patient to the room, they are not shifting from ICU... stating as rooms are not available and placing ICU charges.
                                I even went to the respective floor and checked if rooms are really not available but security people stated as there are multiple discharges happened today and nearly 10 rooms are available.
