Asian Institute Of Gastroenterology — report service and doctor appointment

I am attend at 5pm as per management consultation and seated at 1st floor auditorium till 9 pm no body call me for doctor appointment. After that i am enquary my report file and found lost. They don't know about my file. After long time searching from one to another counter it will found at reception counter.
For that type of rubbish management system i am westing aprox 5 hours.
