[Resolved]  Asian Paints — damp proof work done and sluggishness observed

I have done full and
Final payment rs. 1, 65, 000 but the service provided by asian paints is pathetic. Firstly they
Committed to start the work from 7th january but instead they started it on 9th january. No
Customer relationship manager ever visits my place for supervision, nor does he call me to stay
In touch. Only two workers are being sent. They work for 4 hours and leave and sometimes don't
Even come to work without informing us. Although they committed that they will complete the work by 25th of
January, but they finished it on 1st feb. Asian paints is showing too much sluggishness here. I
Am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional attitude shown by asian paints. It seems as if asian paints are doing favour by sending only one or two employee according to their moods and they are doing it free of cost or in charity!!!
Look into this matter with priority. See the damp proof work done. Please find the attachment.

Sir, I have painted my house through Asian Paints, It provide us one year Warranty, dated 21March 2017 its NO KLS1605453.Now there is the problem of damp.tiles of my bathroom are perfectly fine, no moisture .
