This is regarding paint work done by color avenues at our residence in central park 1, gurgaon.
We are very unhappy by the way the work has been handled and want a thorough review done by your senior team. Below are certain issues that need to be addressed:
• paint work is not evenly done and we can see unevenness
• peeling of paint at certain areas
• final touchup and cleaning not done
• deep cleaning was promised but no arrangement done.
Apart from the above, the person in-charge is not taking calls now which is making things very frustrating.

We are very disappointed by the way our entire work has been handled. There are a couple of quality issues and also we were assured that deep cleaning will be arranged. I have been following up for that since last 3 months and the only reply i get each time that he will revert back in 2 days. Now the position is that pankaj is not taking my calls. To get the paint removed i had to get in touch with your contractor directly and get the same done. It is really frustrating and not giving good opinion about color avenues.
In case our matter is not resolved in next 2 days, i will escalate the same to a different level.
