Asianet — Broadband and Digital TV | |||||
Sir, i had applied for Asianet Digital TV connection (INDI no 182904) on 26 Sep 16 and shifting of the existing Broadband connection (CN 74966) to new residential address on the same day. the service engineers from the company came on 28th after repeated calls and facilitated the cabling work of both connections. however post cabling they were reluctant to provide Set top box for Tv connection stating absurd reasons and the router which was connected was malfunctioning owing to some error. the router error was later confirmed as error in the cabling and still continues to exist. The set top box team has never showed up after the cabling day, and have conveniently decided to not respond back or inform us about availability of set top box or plan of action of the connection. The issue has been completely handled in a most unprofessional manner ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
