I like to bring to your notice that all the serials shown by asianet has only stories from hindu families. That too characters are having surname 'Nair'. Most women in nair families are shown to be believing in astrology and other superstitious silly things. (Eg:- kathodu kathoram) In reality many nairs don't believe in astrology. Nor are the women in their family cruel. It was shocking to hear the caste name is mentioned for some characters. Like ramachandran nair (heroine's dad) and madhavan Nair in serial Geetha govindam (hero's dad)
Nairs consist of only 12% of kerala society
It is with malicious intent that they show weak characters with Nair surname.
Why there is only stories with nair background only? Why don't producers tell stories of the remaining 88% of the population?
Why all the stories are about Hindu families? Why not show some story from the 50%+ population of Christians and Muslims??
Do dowry and other problems happen only in Hindu homes? Others are perfect? But recent dowry demand and death of a doctor and others are from Muslim families.
We want serials to be impartial.. Only Hindu families cannot be targetted. It's so low to paint only one set of people having family issues.
There should be an end to caste based targetting.
Even if they want to use Hindu family background who gave them permission to use Nair surname and insult my community as some having illogical beliefs.
The complaint should be passed on to asianet communication and no caste names should be used for characters.

Asianet broadband sending bill even after requesting for disconnection.
I have not used my connection from Feb. 2022 and they have been sending me bill till date. I have connected with customer care before and requested for disconnection but they didn't do so and has been sending me bill since then,

I have taken Asia broad band services in kerala with consumer number KT83932. They have blocked my work related websites making me unable to work from home and not resolving this issue after calling multipe times to customer care today. Same issue happened multiple times before and they will temporarily resolve it for one or two days. The issue will come again making me lose my job . Internet is not working for couple of days. No one is responding for the calls. We have paid 253.97 on 3rd March 2023. But still it is showing not paid.

Our family using asianet cable for 10years and we are paying money for pathetic service, most probably channels or connection will not their for several days in all months. when we complaint they will check and do some times they dont pick up the call and we want to go their office but in 2023 cables are switch to optic fiber and now we have internet connection for 2 years but they didnt switch cable to optic fiber cable and when we take bsnl internet connection they said they will convert cable also to optic fiber and they didnt do that until now

Three days back, Asianet Settop was replaced and from the day till today we have been experiencing terrible service issues. Every day, there will be one or the other service unavailability. Today as well, there was a message popped up in the screen while watching tv programs, that Settop is not available for this Network. Kindly contact service provider. Even when we contact the call centre they just file a complaint and no technicians visit the location to check on the complainant. It's terrible and consuming time to call them daily where the waiting time to connect the call centre in min 3mints.
