Three days back, Asianet Settop was replaced and from the day till today we have been experiencing terrible service issues. Every day, there will be one or the other service unavailability. Today as well, there was a message popped up in the screen while watching tv programs, that Settop is not available for this Network. Kindly contact service provider. Even when we contact the call centre they just file a complaint and no technicians visit the location to check on the complainant. It's terrible and consuming time to call them daily where the waiting time to connect the call centre in min 3mints. I request you to take an action for proper service without any interruption and value for money. Subscriber code is mentioned as below
