I am a Asianet Broadband consumer with Sub Code KT23207. last month I migrated to higher plan as my sons were around . now I want to migrate to a lower plan . i informed them accordingly . now the company informs me that I am liable to be charged a fee of Rs 150 / for migrating from a higher plan to a lower plan . is there any justification for this charge .
