I am not getting any channels in my TV, the message I am getting is NO SIGNAL I am a resident of changanacherry town My mobile number is [protected] I was informed that my complaint would be resolved .The problem started last thursday last saturday somebody enquired whether the problem is still continuing .Since I was not at home for the week end I was not sure if the problem is fixed, This morning I again reminder about my complaint . My ticket number given is KT 243116 I am ashamed to inform you that the problem still continues .Initially you were very prompt in resolving the complaints .Now this is getting bad. Initially I was having a AIRTEL connection, I discontinued that due to poor service,
I request you to look into this issue at the earliest . I understnd that Asianet is very prompt in reminding dues, but the same level of service to consumers is equally important
