My customer ID is JA92001910. Cable is not working since 8 am of 11/03/2016. I have lodged a complaint to your customer care. Today is elction result day and am not able to view the TV channels. It is regret to note that Customer care personnel of your Palakkad cable TV office is not attending any call .I am dialing the your oice nos 2547348 and 2547347 since 8.20 onwards but no one is attending. If this trend is continuing from your palakkad office staff, I am forced to withdraw your connection withdraw your connection with immediate effect. Awaiting an early response from your end
