ACV making customers fools-
2 weeks before we complained to ACV about signal problems, after 2 days 1 technician came and checked the digital box and simply told us to change the DB box because it's not receiving the signals, for changing the DB box we have to pay 990 rs . We waited for ACV's action regarding this issue for 1 week, but today (11/09/2015) I switched on the television we receiving the signals.
Sir, on Kerala ACV making money through this process, they are purposefully blocking the signals of customers who didn't pay for annual fee as for box maintenance fee.
According to my knowledge, the digital box should replace by them if it's not turning on or other power failure, if this is the issue we are ready to pay the money, but the actual stage is that the digital box showing Asianet home page and loading from the server Q1, q2 q3... Continues. If we agree to change the box at the time when the technician inspection day we will loose our 990 rupees. Likewise they are charging from lots of poor customers.
Please take necessary action regarding this issue, hoping to get a favourable action regarding this issue.
